Hello, the boards in the Miro do not work, the main page opens but the boards themselves do not, I tried to open both in the browser and in the application on the PC, on the phone everything works.

If the main page loads but boards won’t open (except on mobile), here are a few steps to try:

  1. Clear cache and cookies in your browser or desktop app.

  2. Try Incognito mode or a different browser (e.g., Chrome) to rule out extensions or settings.

  3. Check network/firewall settings — sometimes restrictions block full board loading.

  4. Reinstall the desktop app if you're using it — a fresh install can help if files are corrupted.

If this continues after trying the above, let me know if you see any error messages or loading icons. A short screen recording would also help the team investigate further.
