Keyboard does not work after a minute

I have to refresh my board every minute. The keyboard stops working. I can not delete in writing. I can not move right or left in text boxes. I can not do Undo and Redo with keyboard. many options with keyboard suddenly after a minute stops working unless I refresh my board again and again.Can anyone help me what I should do? It started since yesterday. I did not updated anything. I tried both desktop app and web-based miro. Same issue in both platforms.ย

How do I insert a simple checkbox toggle for task lists?

I would like to be able to scatter check boxes (or some other form of to-do list toggle) around my mind map. ย  I have found icons that look like checked boxes, but I canโ€™t seem to find an interactive way to check things off by clicking.

Fetching Plan Details with Free and Enterprise Accounts in Miro API

Hello everyone,I currently have two accounts,one on an Enterprise plan and the other on a Free plan, and I'm running some tests.To fetch details about my plan, I use the following endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/members,along with query parameters likefull, occasional, free, free_restricted, full_trial, and unknown to filter the results.However, I noticed that this endpoint is only available for Enterprise accounts.My question is:Is there a way to retrieve details about my plan through an API endpoint while using a Free plan?Thanks in advance!

Export boards from Miro to pdf

I want to be able to export boards from Miro to pdf, for that - I see in the documentation I need to enable eDiscovery, but in my 'Enterprise integration' window I do not see an option to do so (I'm attaching a screenshot of how that window looks for me).Also, when I built the app in my development team I did not see an option to allow the scope board:export (a screenshot is also provided).ย

Any one know what type of this object?

Hi,I am new to Miro. I have one object shown below shared by one of my colleagues. It seems not a standard object from Miro.May I know what object it is? Sounds like a table as I can add rows but not able to add columns where you can see there is only plus sign under the shape.The reason I am asking this as I want to explore some features for this object. e.g. I want to copy the rows from a spreadsheet by batch but not able to. I can only add them row by row which is very time consuming.If you are familiar with this object and know how to do. Appreciate you can share.Thanks in advance.Frank

Hi all, When signing up for a trial I was presented a list of teams alreadyย on my company domain. As I didn't want to join those I created a new team. Now I wanted to have a look at the team list again but there is no way to find that. How can I discover what other teams exist on our domain? ย  Thanks!

[RESOLVED] Starred boards view broken (not showing only starred boards)

When I selectย Starred boardsย from my dashboard, the title of the page changes to Starred boards, however I am not shown boards I have starred. Now I cannot get to a board that someone shared with me as a Visiting editor.I have tested from two machines, on two networks, from Windows 10 & 11 64-bit, Chrome and Miro desktop app.I have opened a support ticket and will update this post with what the support team tells me.ย

miro diagrams into visio

I have a project that requires me to duplicate/importย numerous Miro diagrams into visio. I noticed that there was an exchange asking if this was possible and that this feature was going to be put on a โ€œwishlistโ€. This exchange was over 2 months old. Why text is more clear in editing but blurry afterwards

Miro does not the image from delve

I am trying to use the profile images from MS Delve (company account) and they do not load on the board. When I paste the image link on the board it appears as the URL text.I have seen there are a few threads regarding issues with image loading, but I have not find anything helpful for my issue. If I try to load an image from example google images it works and the image is nicely rendered on the board.I am not sure what the problem is and would love your help!I am on a Miro Enterprise license.Thanks in advance!

How to lock elements over a board or table

The same element can be locked down when it is โ€œfreelyโ€ on Miro board, but once I move it over a table I created the locking is unable. You can also lock the same elements over picture.Just to make sure, I know how to lock the elements. I just want to know why the locking is unableย overย a tables/boards and whether there is any possibility to lock them.ย ย

Cut and paste from Word is now an image...

Until this morning, cutting and pasting from Word would result in a text block on a Miro board.Now itโ€™s pasting as an image.I have rebooted Miro, same problem.From other sources, eg web pages, it still pastes as text - only Word seems to have changed its behaviour as a source.Is this a known issue? Did something just change with Word?

Lost ownership and editing possibility on board, when I left the team by accident, how to get board back?

Hi there,ย I lost my board ownership or the possibility to edit by leaving a team by accident.Being new to Miro I didnโ€™t realise I created a board in a university team and I wanted to take the board out so that it is not seen by everyone in the Team (500 people). I left the team not realising the board ownership.I still have access to the board with the board link but I canโ€™t edit as the team has reach the free plan limit - andย to upgrade costs 4,000$ (due to team size). The ownership of my board has gone to the team admin by default, and this person is not responding to email.ย I only have 2 boards but I donโ€™t mind paying for a personal membership, butย if I do that will I be able to edit and move my board out of this University group not having ownership over the board I created?ย Many thanks for the help here!ย
