Dear Miro Support Team,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your work and for creating such a useful and versatile platform. Miro offers so many opportunities for collaboration, creativity, and learning, and I truly appreciate the effort your team puts into making these tools accessible to people around the world.

I am an English teacher from Ukraine, and I am always looking for ways to make my lessons more engaging, interactive, and effective for my students. I would love to use Miro more extensively in my teaching practice, particularly to create interactive learning activities, organize lesson materials, and encourage students to participate more actively in the learning process.

I am reaching out because I wanted to ask whether Miro currently offers any educational plans, special discounts, or other forms of support for teachers and users based in Ukraine. I understand that available plans and eligibility requirements may change over time, so I would be very grateful if you could clarify what options are currently available.

Given the difficult circumstances in Ukraine due to the ongoing war, access to educational and professional resources can be especially valuable. Being able to use a platform like Miro without additional financial pressure would make a real difference to my teaching practice and help me continue creating meaningful learning experiences for my students.

I would sincerely appreciate it if you could let me know whether there is any possibility of receiving free access or a special discount.🙏🏻

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my message and for any assistance or guidance you may be able to offer. I understand that these matters depend on your current policies, and I would be grateful for any information you can share.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
An English Teacher Natalie

Hi @Pylypenko Natalie

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve converted your case to a Support ticket, and the team will follow up with you there.

Please note that the team is currently handling a high volume of tickets, so the response may take a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!
