Hi I am trying to understand how to use Zoom to create a board that I can work off...but also will be effective when I share it on a Teams call on Monday. Do I always work at 100%? If I drop an object or frame and the Zoom goes down e.g. 66%, do I then increase the Zoom to 100%? And I’ve tried copying some previous work onto a new board and it all looks tiny! I mean, seriously microscopic. What do I do then?Would love input and help. Thanks so much, CityGirl
You used to be able to get the pointer (not hand) and move things around when viewing voting results. You no longer can. It’s very common to organize items after the results of voting. Having to swap away from seeing the votes each time you want to move something is maddening.
I’m in the process of converting a PowerPoint deck into Miro and was wondering how people used facilitator notes on their Miro boards?I can take a transparent approach and keep everything visible, but i also like the idea of having some notes for facilitator eyes only.Does anyone have a solutions for this? I was thinking about the possibility of using hidden frames too..
Hi, whenever I use the right-click to move around the board on my windows laptop, I get a menu pop-up. It’s really annoying to go through this each time, as I don’t need that menu. I know I’m not doing anything wrong as I have used this functionality in the past without any trouble. It’s very frustrating to navigate around a board without it being smooth. Anyone else experiencing this?
Before this, everything was fine, but for the last few days, when I press the right mouse button, the screen fills with blue. Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas how to solve this? Safari browser, before this everything was fine for six months. Thank you for your attention
I am working with story boards and have some detail in sub-tasks under a Jira story. I am able to find and insert a Jira story into my Miro story board fine, but I would like to see the sub-tasks too. When I edit the Jira story within Miro, I can’t even see the sub-tasks. Is there something I can do to be able to work with story sub-tasks?

Hello, this might be a silly question …I am trying to get line jumps to work but so far have no luck in doing so …I have tried them with existing and new boards (just to make sure) but no availI am selecting the line type , enable line jumps and been trying various shapes/options but none seem to work. Anyone has run into this ? Figured I would ask in case it is something simple :)
I have an XP-Pen tablet to make drawing on Miro much easier - I have to mark-up student drawings. I’m having trouble making the pen and tablet function as drawing tools and have to combine pen, tablet and mouse to make everything work effectively. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? If so, I am finding it difficult to see where. Any help would be appreciated.
When Screen sharing content with my clients and live entering data, the formatting tool bar is constantly on top of the surrounding items. For instance I select an item to talk about it or to edit it type and immediately the content above it is obscured by the toolbar (image). Is there a way to move it or dock it?
