- Reinstall the App: If you're using the desktop version, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this resolves the issue.
- Disable Extensions: If you're on the web, browser extensions could be interfering with Miro. Try disabling them and see if the issue persists.

It seems as if the issue has resolved itself, because I have had an open Miro board for the last couple of days and it did not turn grey again. However, on the 9th I will be in a similar configuration as the last time the grey screen showed, so then I will know for sure :-)
Hello! I have been having the same issue for around a year, and now I am so fed up that I decided to google and see if anybody else has the same problem.
I am using the free desktop version on my Windows 11. Every time I work on something else (without closing Miro) for maybe 10-15 min and then come back to Miro, the whole screen goes grey. I can still see the names of my boards, but there is nothing in them except for the grey screen. Closing the app and opening it again helps - it works normally, until it happens again and again.
I tried removing the app from my PC and installing it again. Checked the updates - they are recent. I can't see what causes that

I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling - but when the install window opened up to what looked like a miro window - it too was grey. So it doesnt seem to be related to the boards themselves.
Any idea how to fix this grey issue?
