Hello Miro Community,

I am hoping someone from Miro can help escalate or review support ticket #1032855.

I work for Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU), which is now a division of First Tech Federal Credit Union. We are in the process of migrating a number of enterprise applications from our legacy DCU identity platform to our new First Tech identity platform and need assistance updating our Miro SSO configuration.

Over the past several weeks we have made multiple attempts to contact Miro regarding this effort:

  • Our previous account representative, Alex Coffin, is no longer assigned to our account.
  • A new representative named Jonathan contacted me via voicemail, indicating he would be our new account representative.
  • I returned his call and left voicemails on two separate occasions but have not received a response.
  • I opened support ticket #1032855 through the Miro Support portal and have not yet received any response or acknowledgement.
  • I also attempted to contact Miro support via email but have been unsuccessful.

At this point, we are simply looking for someone from Miro who can review our ticket, identify our current account representative, and help us continue our SSO migration effort.

If a Miro moderator, support representative, or account team member can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

HI @Gerry Bunker, thanks for providing these details and for sharing the Support ticket number.

I’ll flag ticket #1032855 with the appropriate team so they’re aware of your follow-up and can review the request.

Please bear with the team, as Support is currently handling a high volume of requests and responses may take a little longer than usual. Since you already have an open ticket, there’s no need to submit another one.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!
