Hi,I’m looking to upgrade to a paid plan, so that I can make use of board editors who don’t need an account.Does anybody know if I’ll still be able to see their cursor movements when we’re both on the board at the same time, as I can with team members?Thanks,Dave

Hey I installed the Jira cards application but there seem to be issues activating it. I don´t get the option of turning sticky notes into jira cards and when I navigate to the jira app in the left hand menu it just say I need to activate it which is already done. Any tips?  

Hi. I am on an education plan. Part of my responsibilities as an ombuds for my university is to conduct mediations remotely. I would like to invite mediation participants to be team members (at least temporarily) but I cannot add them if their identities will be revealed to unaffiliated people in my overall team.Is there a way to shield the identity of certain team members while still allowing them to participate fully on certain boards?Thanks!

Is it possible to non-proportionally scale a pasted image within a regular board? (ie. make it wider but preserve height and vice versa)I tried all modifiers while dragging corners/edges, only managed to find a crop function. Surely i must have just missed it somewhere, seeing we are allowed to instantly paste pics and even rotate and crop, i refuse to believe its not there. absolutely fell in love with this app

I’m looking to use Miro with about 80 guests who would be working in groups of 10-15 on a multi-step process to add their thinking. Is it possible to do this and also have them using video chat while working in those groups/boards?

Hi Firstly apologies if this has been covered elsewhere already, I searched but couldn’t find anything on this. I’ve just created a Miro board using a free account, but in the Miro app for MacOS, and then I embedded that board in a SharePoint Page in my organisation’s Office365 account. I then added two links to the board: on one shape I added a link to another page in the SharePoint Site where I’ve embedded the board, and on another shape I added a link to a third shape in the board. When I view the board in the MacOS app I can see the little blow right-pointing arrows for the links and they work when I click on them, but when viewing the board in the embedded frame on the SharePoint Page I can’t see those arrows and clicking on the shapes does nothing. How do I change the name of a team?

Currently, beside the pen tool there is a little eraser icon which allows for deletion of unwanted bits. However, there is no “block/select” tool, which can then be used to draw out an area of a diagram which needs to be deleted.This would be useful.

Is there a way to put on the board a sticker that wouldn’t move with the board. I need it for rules table to be seen all over the lesson.

Hi guys from Miro Board, i’m using Miro with a team of 4 or 5 people at a time but lately it has felt very sluggish to move around it, as if there were some packet loss, i haven’t felt any kind of problems using other apps but just miro takes a lot of times to refresh the screen and to move even if zoomed into a particular part, i don’t know if it is cos what i’ve been doing or if i have reached some kind of limit to what it can deal with, certainly when we tested Mural with the same workload it didn’t suffer this, i wonder if it is because it’s the free version or if this is expected behavior, any ideas?

Hi we have created some boards and worked on it with other team members.Then we created a project in which we moved these boards, but when opening the board after moving them, the boards are empty!How can we recover/restore their content?Thank you

Have a checker board grid.  Have one asset that is a pawn.  Have another asset that is a knight.  Is it possible to create a unique trigger (response) when the assets are moved on different locations of the board?

When two objects are grouped inside a frame and later one of the objects is moved inside the group, the same object is excluded from the frame. When the frame is moved the object stays in place.

Are event & community different sign-ins?I seem to have had to sign-up twice - once to community.miro…. and once to events.miro…. (and is that a third one to just plain mirro…!)Currently wondering if I got this right Within community I couldn’t verify what eMail I used to sign-up. For events I think I used the same one to try to login and it said “doesn’t exists” and accepted the eMail for a sign-up - Am i now creating multiple IDs in different domains?If so there is NOTHING more confusing than having multiple ids with passwords and password aging and composition rules @Marina can you clarify ?

I’m going to be running a workshop where we need to cover off 2 persona’s at the same time and I’d like to split the team into 2 and let them work them through then come back together at the end of the session. As the facilitator i’d like to be able to be in both sessions to help. We will be using video chat - Is this possible?

Hi there, we bougt a team license. After activating we only allowed to use free functions, like only 3 boards per team. Any experiences in this? 

Hello, I would like to know that if I embed my Miro Board into a website/blog etc.- but my account gets deleted, will the board still be accessible to view?

Hi everyone,  I’m new to Miro and I was wondering about the guest editor feature. Is there any way to ensure that the access link cannot be passed around? Is there something that prevents other people to access the board who I have not sent the link to but attained it through someone else? If not are their measures I can take?   Thank you!  Sarah

Hi,I am using the Miro Educational plan and want to verify students are associated with the correct project. I followed the online “Managing Project Level Access” guide, but I do not get a list of users when opening the Project settings (see image below). Any help will be appreciated.Ariel

When working with my team and some guest collaborators today, there was a frame with a number of links to other boards in it (sort of a Table of Contents).  The problem we experienced was that whenever one person clicked on a link, that link got highlighted, they were sent to the other board, and didn’t realize that the rest of the team could no longer click on that link because it was locked/frozen by the first person who clicked on it.Has anyone else had this issue and how do you solve it?  It really slows down our progress because everyone has to wait for the link to become un-highlighted again.--thanks for your help!
