@Yuliya Shchelovanova - Now that you have a paid plan with features that are notavailable on the Free Plan, all team members will need to be licensed in order to use these features. Therefore, yes, any members added will consume a paid license.

If you ever see a "Free"/Non-team member listed as a member of your team, this is because someone added a Non-team member directly to a board and gave them "view only" access. These users will not be able to edit the board or create boards in your Team Plan team  they also will not see all boards in your team - only the ones they were added to.
