Hi There,  I am facing this strange issue where some of the children are automatically moving out of a frame after copy/pasting a frame from another board. I am being constantly logged from Miro and it sooooooo frustrating and annoying.I am aware of the Idle Session Timeout settings that can be set with Enterprise Plans for security reasons. However, I am on a Consultant Plan!I once logged in in the same browser with an enterprise account. Can it be that this led to some kind of a cookie mix-up, so that now I’m being logged out from my consultant plan account as if I was on an enterprise plan?

I created a template with notes as instructions for users.   That template is saved in my Personal Templates  But when I create a NEW BOARD using that template the notes do not appear.  Do you know how can I save the notes as a template too? 

Hi all - new user to Miro.I keep having this issue resizing “boxes”. For example, I can change with width by hovering over the side and I get a ↔ arrow, but the height can’t be adjusted, just proportionally, which makes it not line up right with other objects. I just want the same ↔ arrow to show up for both height and width, but it just doesn’t want to do that. I made a video, but forgot I can’t upload it because of corporate restrictions on uploading data.Hopefully this makes sense

I have invited a new teammember to my board as I have several times in the past. I have 37 “members” in this MIRO profile that I have been using for almost 3 years. His name shows in “users” he is a member. Others I have added on the same day show as “invited.” However, when I share the URL with him to access the board, he is taken to a log-in screen. He does not have his own MIRO though and so has no credentials. I have the board set to “anyone with the link can edit.” I do not have a password set. I have tried sending him email invites and he doesn't receive those. He tried to sign in with SSO and is told he has an email with a 6 digit code, which he never receives as well. I am stumped. Why cant he get to this board?

The Notification Panel, for a Comment, the Board will not Open when Clicking on the Board Name or Board Object Thumbnail.I submitted a Ticket and will wait to see what comes of it.

When I click fit to screen it takes me to a frame other than the one I’m currently on. Can you select a spot for fit to screen or does it just pick whatever it wants?  

If you open a blank sitemap template, it gives you a template with 5 entries at Level 2 (the green shapes). Is there any easy way of extending this so that there are say 8 entries at Level 2?  

Would like to be able to embed a bit of another Miro board into another miro board.  So that I can make a miro board that sucks a live part of 11 other Miro boards into one area where they are all shown in summary.    Does anyone know of a workaround that might achieve this please?

I know nothing about coding so have no idea how challenging an ask this may be. A reminder that many of us have been asking for this for years… For me, an alternative would be the ability to tag any object the way we’re able to tag stickies. That would sort it! Thank you.

Free versionWhen I export a mind map or board, the resulting csv is ordered right to left of the board, top to bottom. As a result any hierarchy is lost, and although the content is in the sheet, any sort of structure and relationship is lost.Is there some way to export to csv and keep the tree or relationship order? Thanks

Is there any way to create a board or template so that every person who clicks on the link to it will get their own unique instance to work with? I am creating an online course, and I would like to provide a link to a Miro board so that each user taking the course can click it and get a fresh board to work with. I know that I can create multiple copies of a board with unique URLs, but that doesn’t really work in this context.Is what I want to do possible? If not, are there any recommended workarounds?

I have the constant need to move/clone objects and need them all to be aligned with each other.I know I can select all objects then use the align tool.But what I need is to select the object and move them following that blue auto align line:I know that when I hold the [shift] button, I can easily move the object and keep the auto align line in all directions, like that: However, this tool seem to work at random. Sometimes I need this behavior and instead it selects multiple objects, like that:

Hello!Unfortunatelly a board was deleted in a free account. And there was no link to this board.In the article was said that it could be restored by support team if it was not a month ago and if we can remember the title of the board. The title was Киберпанк 2.0 and it was deleted on 19th of July.

For the last couple of months and even in the last weeks I hardly worked on a Miro Board, which now simply disappeared. I just logged in to the account and it’s gone. No, there’s no other “Team” I could switch to Searched all accessible boards Did not delete the board at any pointHappy for answers, cheers! 

Hello, I am looking to enable SSO on our Business plan. We currently have a number of free users that are set up as guests. When SSO is enabled will these free users need to start using a full license?Thanks,Ash

Hello, I created a fee account using my work email address before I was given a company team license. However,when I try to access the paid license, I get the below error message:Do I need to delete my old profile with the free license using my work email address and then try to access the link to access Miro after team’s license using the same work email address? I would like to use the same work email address if possible please

I export for the PDF format but when I open it offline It couldn’t zoom in to more than 500% and I do struggle reading things I wrote with the 500% zoom  

I could see someone called "visiting visionary" viewing my board (cursor moving around) which is set to be private.They were only there briefly then disappeared. It wasn’t any of my team, they all have their names.Is there any explanation anyone can offer for this?

Hello - I’m working with a team that’s creating a digital mock-up of a physical poster that we need to print and ensure the size will transfer over appropriately. Can someone direct me to how I can measure or ensure the miro frames I create will translate to a physical print size?

Hey all! I’ve noticed this issue in the last two weeks. Gifs with unique names are being disconnected and turned into “image.png”. This has happened twice now. The first time it was noticed was two days after adding the gifs to the file, all the gifs had been changed to “image.png” and were no longer gifs. This happened again today but only 30 minutes after adding a gif (other gifs on the board were not affected). I am adding both gifs I have made, locally from my computer, and gifs from the internet (copy and pasted). It seems that regardless of their location (or even size) this issue is reoccurring. This doesn’t apply to ALL gifs though, gifs in other boards remain gifs for weeks and so far have not disconnected. Does anyone know why this is happening? It’s creating a big issue for our motion designers and clients as we use Miro as our main presentation format in meetings. Thank you!

I see some comments in the sidebar when i click on one of them Miro jumps to the note section on the right side. And shows the error “sorry no comment does exist’ How do I delete these useless comments from the sidebar?
