Is there a way to restrict users in my company from creating teams?

Does anyone have a number to call for really urgent issues? 

In the past, I would embed* Google Forms from my Google Drive. The embedded image included a mini version of the form header graphic; it was visually pleasing. Now, when I try to embed a Google Form, it shows up as a generic box with generic graphics. Please advise!  Thanks in advance, AnnePS. In the “embed iframe” code menu, I’m pasting the embed code from the Google Form, located on my Google Drive.  

Hi,I need to move board between 2 teams within on Account (paid).Board is not assigned to any Project and I'm owner of that Board.In both Teams (current location and future location of the Board) I have Admin role.I see option "Move to Team" in current board options BUT in drop-down menu I don't see team that I want to choose as destination - I see other teamsI want to avoid doing that using backup because it looses comments.What could be a source of problem?

Hi communityis there a way as Miro admin to add a mandatory item to ALL NEW boards?What I’m after is the ability to add a privacy / copyright notice to all new boards (ideally frames but I guess that’s harder, considering varying sizes). I am aware of templates, but I need this on ALL newly created boards, so templates won’t do I guess..Any thoughts?

Hi ManouskaMy name is Selma and I am working as a project manager at Bank Julius Baer.I created a new programme and I want to copy paste boards from one programme to the other. The reason to create a new programme was to restrict the access to only selected people in one of the programme with "sensitive" info and leave open the other one. Can we copy paste boards from one programme to the other? How does it work?Thank youSelma

When I export a visual note from one of my board, the graphics are very very very poor. They are rasterized in very low resolution both in a PDF or DOCX.  Is there any way to control the rasterizer? Does anyone know a way to get high resolution images in the exported file? As of today (2023-04-04) something has changed for when we send MIRO board links to users who do not have a MIRO accountPreviously they could view or edit boards (dependent on link access) without a MIRO accountNow MIRO is prompting them to sign in prior to viewing the boardIs this a known change? We are on the Enterprise plan and is breaking a few workflows on our end I know only see this below which requires the person to have a paid miro account rather than anyone with the link

This is a working meeting with several roles and responsibilities that involve working within a template I have created. The intention I had for this platform was for it to function as a visual Google Docs:One field where multiple people could edit different paragraphs at the same time  Real-time updating of the multiple users making changes. One person shares their screen in a Microsoft Teams meeting.  Intuitive UI that people can adjust to easily.  Request - A new object that: Supports simultaneous editing by multiple users. People can change text in the same sentence or paragraph. Has set object dimensions and text that adjusts to the scale of the object. Can include images that can move with text. I have shared a board by sharing its URL. I’d like to “revoke” this from the people who still have this old URL, but I’d still like to share it by sending the URL to other people. What’s not working for my use case is to set permission of “anyone with the link” because I want to be able to invite people to look at my boards; I just want to revoke the existing users who have my link. 

Hello all, there is a problem, We (teams) have a free plan, I can not access the boards of the person who quit.1. I removed him from the Team, and still can't assign his board to myself.2. How to get access over all boards and give access to all teams.

Hi there. My colleague created a Miro board (a sitemap for our website) and she’s on leave so I’m trying to edit it in her absence. Everything seems editable apart from one grey box (marked DELETE THIS ONE). Any ideas on what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks! 

Hello, All! I am a new Miro user and want to check on the availability of the following functions. Am I correct in finding that we: cannot change the colors, thickness, etc. of any icons? cannot add shadows or shading to any shapes? cannot add gradation within colors of any shapes? As a user if I am moving from one team space to another, what’s the easiest way to transfer my Shared Templates into the new team space? Assuming that personal templates follow a user regardless of what team they belong to.

I’ve attempted to use Miro AI (all the different options) from both app (after rebooting multiple times) and browser (Chrome Version 111.0.5563.65). I continually get message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” What do I need to do to fix this and actually use Miro AI?

In the Company Organization Chart template, I can’t find a way to adjust the font size.  When I zoom back to see the full chart, I can’t read any of the names.  Is there a way to increase the font size?

I’m getting an error as I try to use Google Drive as well. My error says “400. That’s an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.” I’ve done all of the things suggested above. I’m using fiber optic internet connection, so it’s quite fast.  Is there anything else you can suggest-- is this a “known issue”?

How many seat are in an Education account?I get frequent messages from MIRO that there are no seats left, and it is not possible to invite further students to a board. However, this phenomena seems somehow rather random, as some students can and other cannot join.Also, the contact link given in the message (feedback@miro.com) is not working.Any suggestions?Markus

Running macOS 13.3.1Both in safari and on the desktop app Does this on multiple boards.Create a new board, doesn’t matter, use a template and fill with some data. CMD+ plus (zoom in)CMD+ plus (zoom in)CMD+plus(zoom in)CMD+minus (zoom out)CMD+minus(zoom out)CMD+minus(zoom out)CMD+plus  -→ It will zoom out again instead of in. 

Hello! i have a problem with one user not getting the full license assigned to them. Instead Miro shows free license and the option to upgrade when the user signs in with SSO.We have the Enterprise plan.The User has the Role “member” and under “Active users” we can see the license model is full.I tried to deactivate and reactivate the User but with no luck. So i deleted the User completely and set them up later, they received an invitation E-Mail again and logged in with SSO but Miro still shows free and the User cannot create any Boards.Can someone please advise me on this issue? Thanks!
