I have a free tier miro account and our company has an enterprise account, I’m on the same account on each. I need to move my boards to the enterprise account but I can’t seem to share the board from the free account to the enterprise.When I click “move board” I only get an option to move the board to another project (not team) and there are no project options listed.

Anyone know what this error means? The title of my project is showing up as a grey box with this error.

For a user story template, how can I edit the text size and font?  Particularly the font size of what is titled “release name” - it is so tiny it’s unreadable (this is a UX accessibility issue and a significant one) and requires constant zooming in to see what that layer is.  Moreover it’s almost impossible to present this on a zoom call or google meet call because that shrinks it even more.  It would be OK if this could be changed/edited but that doesn’t seem possible.  I’ve looked at the tutorials and they show an outdated way of editing text that would apply only to text that one is creating from scratch (the menu the tutorials say will come up, has been changed btw) https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572094-Text.  The editing template tutorials also don’t show a way to fix. this, they’re focused entirely on editing existing fields and sharing.  I’m pretty frustrated. 

I want to get a basic training on MIRO mind maps. How to navigate and create branches etc. is there any online training. ? Thanks.

Hello, How do I get the + to show up on my org chart to add more roles under 1 leader? When I hover on or around it doesnt come up. Trying to add another report under this VP position.  

This morning when editing a diagram, I tried selecting multiple shapes then selected to align. Both the distribute horizontally and vertically options are disabled. Even creating new shapes on new boards results in this. Did this feature somehow get disabled?

Dear community, I have only one board and it’s in the read-only state. Miro says “Free Plan Users can collaborate on 3 active team boards...”, even though I only have one board… How can I get the full access?

Is there a known way to import boards and rooms from iObeya? You can export them as a zip file. Would it be possible to import them into Miro like this? Here are the directions from iObeya:  Select Export room in the left-hand side menu, under the TOOLS section. Select the rooms/templates you wish to export. The domain name is written in brackets to differentiate rooms with the same name. Select Export at the top left-hand side of the page. The platform administrator may then be prompted to save a ZIP file, depending on the browser. The file name format is: backup_YEARMONTHDAY_HOURMINUTESECOND.zip

Standard functionality in all browsers is that when you open a new tab, you stay on the current tab. Currently, opening a board in a new tab from your dashboard immediately takes you to that new tab. I'm asking that we change this to align with a tech standard and don't do that.

How do you high-five in Miro? I’ve done it before and want to know how to do it again. Can someone please tell me how to do it? Or if it has been removed? Thanks

Hello! I have heard from a friend of mine that Miro generously shows support for Ukraine in the times of an ongoing war by providing them with an opportunity to get their plan upgraded for free. I am a Ukrainian and I teach English and Swedish to my fellow Ukrainians using Miro as the main platform. Would it be possible to get my plan updated?I would be grateful for your response. I used the integrated Miro app within Microsoft Teams for a training today and while I thought I had launched Miro so that all attendees could see it on the main screen (in replacing the PowerPoint slides that were up), I realized that it wasn’t not showing at all. That each user simply got taken to the miro board via web browser. How do I make sure that the demonstrations done in Miro show up in the Teams recording? Thank you!

Hello there; 👋🏻I’ve recently created this Miro account, and I am thrilled to use it in the best way possible.😍However, I am already struggling 🙄. I wanted to create a mindemapping titled: “ Recherche et developpement en entreprise” in english it would be “RESEARCH AND DEVELOPPMENT IN COMPANIES” but it is not working. Miro says : “An error has occurred”.❌I don’t know how to fix this!!!!!! Please, if someone has faced this before, tell me where the problem could be and how to fix it ? I truly appreciate your help.

Hi all : ) I’ve come across the issue that Miro does not let the presenter play a video which can be seen by all attendees of the board.  I’ve seen some posts on this bug but from a few months ago and am wondering if any fix had been found to this glitch? I would be super grateful if someone could shed some light on this :) I’ve meeting tomorrow and might need to switch to Teams if this cannot be done directly on Miro :(Thank you all and have a great start into September!

Is there a way to get the layer of widgets on a board via the rest api or web sdk?

Can anyone help me get past this?  I just want to access the board and am not interested in joining their boards.  I cannot figure out how to move past this.  Even when I ask to join it will not let me proceed.  Thanks for your help.  

Links to frames doesnt work in safari/browsers especially anything linked to jira card. Please advise.  

Following the relaunch of the Miro app, I've encountered a persistent issue where images are no longer visible. This problem has persisted across various attempts at resolution, including deleting and reinstalling the Miro app, utilizing different browsers, and even accessing Miro through an incognito browser window. Regrettably, this problem has significantly impacted my productivity. Urgent assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I’ve been trying to recreate the shadow around the frame like it looks like in the image below.  

I am part of a small consultancy and am  intrested in securing our disgital tools. We, obviously don’t need an enterprise account as we are very small (14 of us). Every other tool we use has a 2FA as this is the standard now days. I know Miro has the option of 2FA for enterpise account holder but wanted to know if they have 2FA on road map for other (paid) accounts? At the moment it feels as if Miro wants client to pay more if they want to keep the infomaiton secure. Anyone know if this is on the road map?

Hi. I’ve got a situation: i used to work for a company that has purchased a full license to my personal e-mail with limitation to boards being used only by workers of the company. I no longer work for the company, but my license hasn’t been cancelled, which means i can’t buy my own license to this e-mail (to share the boards with whomever i want). I requested them to cancel my license but it is taking forever. Can Miro cancel my licence purchased for me by the 3rd party?
