Hi,
I shared one private board with colleagues (they can view and comment).
But I do not like to get them every day an email on changes on the page.

Where can I control the feed of the shared board?

best regards

Axel

Hi @Axel Budde

Welcome to the Miro Community!

If you want to control or suppress the daily email notifications that your colleagues receive about changes on the shared board, unfortunately, as the board owner, you can't directly control the email notifications your colleagues receive. However, each user can manage their own notification preferences. They can do this by going to their Account Settings in Miro, then selecting Notifications. Here, they can customize or turn off notifications for daily updates.

If the notifications are primarily due to @mentions or comments, you might consider using these features more selectively to reduce unnecessary notifications.

You can also advise your colleagues to adjust their notification settings if they prefer fewer emails. This way, they can control what they receive based on their preferences.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi Eca,
thank you for the welcome and the fast answer.

So it is up to every feed recipient if they want to have future updates of changes on the board.

Thank you for clarification :-)

Best regards
