Hi there, My company is an Australian based company and as per as its policy all company related info/dats need to be stored in savers which are located in Australia. How do I get help? The right click menu too big to see all the commands. Copy and paste format is cut off and I can’t get to them. I have reduced the view zoom and it does not help. What is the problem?

how do i stop Miro from asking my Talktrack visitors a bunch of questions when they press my talk track link on my website? I want it to go straight to the video, hassle free. If my visitors see a bunch of questions before entering, it makes it unattractable and detestable. I paid for a monthly plan been told this process would be hassle free, but it is not, how can I make it so?

how do i get unlimited visitors on public boards, no sign-in required?  Where do I go in options to program this? I paid for the basic package which allows this but it is not allowing it.

Hi, is it possible to move the contents within a frame with the frame when I arrange all frames using the Auto Layout feature? I tried to create frames from individual objects (images extracted from the pages of a PDF file) using the Framer 2.0 app. Framer 2.0 did an excellent job putting separate frames to each object. Then, I draw something on the first frame using the pen tool. I moved the last frame farther just to try the AutoLayout Feature. When I selected all and clicked Auto Layout, it did distribute the frames evenly but did NOT move the drawing with the frame that contains it. Seemingly, the drawing became one of the objects that had to be distributed evenly together with the other frames.I think one workaround is to group the drawing with the frame (but aren’t frames supposed to automatically do that?). Also, I have too many pages to do this with, and this will be a frequent thing I will have to do for multiple boards. Is there an easier and faster way without having to grou

Hello,  we actually started to use Miro for Analyzing and Creating our Business Processes. We have a small amount of Teammembers and all member only need the Standard usability. Actually I’d like to export the processes for Printing. The quality in “free” is ways too bad for this. Is it possible to upgrade only one Teamember to Starter plan? or is there any cheaper option for High Quality export?

The issue happened when I dragged and dropped an image on Miro. I was working on flow diagrams and all the arrows lost direction and went outside of the frame, following the direction of the image placed. They did not connect to the new object also. I suppose this can be a bug. Unfortunately Cmd+Z or refresh did not work, I had to clean all the spoiled arrows and create new connections one by one. Thanks. 

Hello together,i have the following problem: in the beginning of every week on monday my starred board list changed in so far as all the boards which require a password are not listed there anymore. I have to access them every monday via a link and type in the password again before they are shown again in my starred board list.Can someone may help here with this problem that the starred board list stays as it is?best regardsChris

I have imported all the Jira cards I need to estimate, however when I want to start an estimation session, I cannot select the correct Jira Board. Of the over 200 Boards we have only 8 are shown for selection. I tried to find out how the board needs to be configured to show up in the selection on Jira but couldn’t find detailed instructions. The board is set up as a Kanban board with a Jira software project and I enabled the story points on the Jira card in Miro. Furthermore the 8 boards that are selectable, when I imported issues to test the estimation feature, I always get the feedback that Story Points are not setup for this board. Can anyone give me a detailed guide how the Jira boards need to be setup so that they a) are selectable for the estimation feature and b) that the following error message is not shown when a board is selected?Error Message 

I’m creating a heatmap that shows progress for each process. I’ve built it in Lucid and can automate the filling in of a shape to reflect the progress of the task. So basically, I want to have a process map, then be able to click on each (dynamic) shape, add some shape data into the background (i.e. 50 for the shape to then show a progress colour up to 50%)any ideas? thank you Link to solution on Lucid for context… Progress bar shapes in Lucidchart | Community

Dear all,Good day!Recently, I start to use a template “Kanban Framework”. However, it seems there are some displaying issues with the swim lane title. Hello, I need some help. When I signed up first I used my google account to do so, hence I didnt create a password. Now I need to have a password (to log in from other device) and I can not reset my password.When I chose to log in with email instead of with Google, it says We sent you a log in link and There are no option like FORGOT PASSWORD or Reset password anywhere.What can I do to make a password? *The reason I need a password is that I try to log in from Oculus Quest 3, that does not support Google services Thank you

I worked in Miro to outline some functionality for our platform. I did copy paste of a single sticky note but instead Miro copy pasted the entire board and (since it is a pretty big board) the system failed. Hence, I could not execute the „undo“ option. Now, we have everything twice on top of each other. I can also not load a previous version, because I am on a free plan. I really hope Miro has a fall-back solution for this and can load a previous version of the board. I know that Miro usually only offers version history on a paid plan, but since this is a mistake on the part of miro, I think they should help us regain our previous board. Otherwise, we will need days to clean up the board manually. I would even upgrade all our plans (we originally planned to do so anyways), but apparently version history does only start working after one starts paying. If anyone has a suggestion of saving the board some other way, I would be grateful.

My minimap is only showing the bottom half of my board. I’ve tried using Ctrl-A to locate if any random shapes are stretching the view, and there aren’t any; all my content is collected together. It’d be one thing if the scale was blown-out, but this doesn’t even show the top half of my objects. Anyone know how to fix this?  

I randomly found a shape object that allowed you to change the colour and specify an icon, but I cannot find where the original app is or how you can create it without copying and pasting the object that I found. Can anyone tell me where I can find the tool to use this? Thanks

Hi!I cannot save my tax number because it is different from the one required by the app. How to solve it? 

I renewed my Enterprise subscription in March this year, but I haven't received any payment information since then. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven't gotten any response. Hey, I log in to Miro today after the holidays only to find that my board content is all gone! The board is there, the name is kept, but the content has disappeared. How did this happened? It was after the change to AI, not so I apparently!

Not sure why I can distribute (horizontally & vertically) groups of objects, but as soon as frames are part of groups, I can’t distribute them? The menue option isn’t there - I get offered un-group, only.
