My name is Mikiko Nakada.

My current ID for MIRO is mikikonakada@keio.jp

I had been using MIRO with the email address mikiko.nakada@sdm.keio.ac.jp, but since this address is no longer active, I changed it to mikikonakada@keio.jp. However, this seems to have resulted in the creation of two separate accounts, and I have been charged for an additional account.

My intention was simply to update the email address from mikiko.nakada@sdm.keio.ac.jp to mikikonakada@keio.jp. I suspect the issue may have occurred because I had previously used mikikonakada@keio.jp, then deleted it once, and tried to register it again — which might not have worked correctly.

Could you please check and confirm this on your end?
