Hello,

I accessed Miro through MS Teams and provided a prompt to generate a user flow. Miro gave me a link to the User Flow, but when I click on it, I receive the message: "This board is no longer shared, or has been removed."

I have logged in with the same username and password both inside MS Teams Miro and outside, but I still cannot see the board. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details.

Hi @Satish Shastry, thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot — that’s helpful!

The error message “This board is no longer shared, or has been removed” usually points to one of the following:

  1. The board was not shared properly or has since been unshared.

  2. It may have been deleted, either accidentally or intentionally.

  3. You're logged into a different Miro team or workspace than the one where the board was created.

You can try to:

  • Switch between teams in your Miro dashboard (look for the team name in the upper-left corner near the Miro logo).

  • If you remember who created the board, please ask them to:

    • Open the board.

    • Click Share > Copy board link.

    • Ensure it's shared with you by email, or that the sharing setting allows access with the link.

  • If you think you created the board, check your Trash folder (via your Miro dashboard) in case it was deleted.

Let me know how it goes — happy to help further if needed!
