As my licence works on editing permission, can you see a report of when users last edited a board?

Hi,

As an admin of an Enterprise licence is there a way to monitor full licence usage, can we monitor last ‘edit’ of a board for example?

Hi @Robert Beavis, great question!

As an admin on an Enterprise plan, you can view license usage and activity reports through the Company Settings > Active users section and the Audit Logs, depending on your permissions.

However, there isn’t currently a built-in report that shows the exact last time a user edited a specific board. Audit Logs (available on Enterprise) do track certain board actions like updates, but they don’t offer a simple "last edited" view per board or user. That said, some customers use API or SIEM integrations to build custom tracking for this kind of data.

If you're looking to better understand license usage patterns or contributor activity, you might consider submitting a feature request or reaching out to your Miro Account Manager for tailored options.

Thanks for picking up he question, if the application is licensed by ‘board creation/edit’ then you would thing the logging out of the box would report on such information.. as you say i’ll reach out to the account manager. Thanks again :-)
