When embedding a Google Sheet:

• The visible area includes all cells with content, including even a single character or formatting. The embed will auto-expand to fit all cells with content.

• This means any text — even the small notes or dates — causes the entire area to be shown.

In my replication, as you can see I input the texts and content in the sheet the same as what displayed in your screenshot.

And this is what displays in my board when I embedded it.

But when the cells with content you do not want to display in the board were hidden, it will display only your preferred content.
