Is sharing with visitors without an account broken? My visitors are getting an error message and a prompt to login to Miro from my shared link (“can view - copy board link”.
Hi MIRO community,I try to find a thread for this question, but was not successfully - if there is one taken care of this topic, sry for asking second time ;) During presentation or Meeting (BETA) mode - how can i make the edges/boarders of the frames not visible? Depending on how many frames you have and how detailed you want to show things with a frame, the boarders overlay and make the presented content looking chaotic.Thanks for a feedback =)best regards from GermanyJan
I want to add a Word document to my Miro Board. When I go to the left toolbar it is not an option. I clicked the more tools button as outlined in the Help pages. It is not available in the newly opened App’s box. This happens on all of my boards. Is this feature not available with the Free account? It does not state it anywhere in the Pricing comparisons or the help pages.
(+) sign to add new cards is no longer visible on any of my kanban boards.

Greetings all. I’m new to Miro and have searched around but cannot find any way of doing this. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.For process mapping, I want to be able to automatically allocate a unique reference number / ID number to shapes and connection lines on a board. Primarily, I am thinking about flowchart diagrams and creating process flows with each shape / connection line being allocated a unique reference number. This would allow non-Miro to Miro referencing in documentation with clearly identified target elements linking the non-Miro document content to the shapes and connections on the Miro board.For (very simple) example, let’s say I have a process flow for user registration. Hi everyone,About 4 months ago I was working on an affinity project in excel and was pleasantly surprised to discover that bulk pasting colored cells into Miro from Excel created stickies of comparable colors. This was awesome. However, this no longer seems to work. Copying from Excel and pasting into Miro gives me yellow stickies regardless of the colors in Excel. In contrast, this still works when copying from Sheets. For NDA reasons, I cannot use Google suite at my company.Can someone confirm that bulk pasting colored stickies from Excel still/no longer creates colored stickies in Miro? Am I just not doing it right? Have I lost my mojo?Thanks//A
Hi there. We have that problem since a few weeks that Microsoft Edge users cannot access boards that are shared via URL (neither read or edit). It appears that the Edge browser redirects them based on an Edge User Profile to the Miro login page. Most users we share a board via URL don’t have a Miro user and therefore cannot login. It’s a dead end.The issue can be resolved by selecting “browse as guest” in edge or using a different browser all together. Unfortunately many users don’t know that und therefor a lot of workshops fail at the start moment as the participants either don’t know what to do, are not able to select “browse as guest” and cannot quickly install a different browser while its workshop time.My question is. Is there a setting in edge where the user can prevent the redirect only for that domain? Can someone explain to me why Edge thinks it is necessary to redirect the user although they don’t have a Miro account and how this can be prevented in the future?I am a safari -
I have the XD integration working on my Miro boardI can see the artboards and import them too (low res though)When I click the refresh button it refresh with the latest view.PROBLEM: When I click on the source button I expect the browser to open the XD shared link Instead I receive the following error in the next browser tab (for all the Artboards:)This cdn-sharing.adobecc.com page can’t be foundNo webpage was found for the web address: https://cdn-…... Any way to solve this?
Hello, this seems like a basic question but I cannot find information anywhere (tried here, watching tutorials, google). I want to use templates, but cannot find instructions of how to add objects. For example, I want to use the company organization template, but need more “boxes”. There must be a simpler way than copy & pasting every item and every arrow. Can someone please help!!? Thank you.
I can't believe that the “all” shapes are actually ALL the shapes that are standard available in Miro?Simple shape for example “document” is missing as well as other basic shapes. Somebody please help me out of my disbelief that this might actually be the case ;)

Hi everyone, I’ve created a Miro board that has a landing area with a variety of navigation links that go to different areas within my Miro board. Everything works great on the Chrome browser, but its absolutely useless on Safari.When I open the Miro on Safari the links don’t work and there is a tendency for any click to trigger a Hand style cursor and move objects on the board.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is Miro just not optimized for Safari? Does anyone know if there’s a plan to resolve this?

It seems to be a no-brainer - just paste the URL to the board and you will have the LinkedIn profile thumbnail show up.This just doesn’t work for me. Anybody else experiencing problems?Please help me do the trick,Thanks
I do a lot of screen capturing for art direction purposes and want to quickly drop my short 2-10 sec video to the board. My screencapture tool(ShareX) records in mp4 (can be any format) and automatically uploads it to dropbox. When I try to upload it to Miro from dropbox or just by link - it does not work. I have to reupload it to corporate youtube under my google account, make this video private, what until is is converted.. and only then try to embed it to Miro.. Is there a good straightforward way to drop videos to the board? I mean I can start dropbbing 800mb gifs but i’m sure Miro server wont like it. Please allow to embed vids from a link (not upload it but embed)
(TM), (R), (C) do not seem to transfer into their respective symbols, which would be useful for presentations. Is there a shortcut? Thanks

Having two challenges in uploading my company logo: How do you crop it? Or is it based purely on the pixel size? I am not able to REMOVE a past logo; I remove, the blank spot for a logo shows up, but when I insert another logo, it’s the same old. Is it a cache / cookie that needs to be tweaked, if so how? Thanks all!
I feel frustrated when I try to copy and paste stickies and I see only the text from the sticky instead. Sometimes it works and only 1% of the time. I have been asked on Twitter to clear cache etc. That hasn’t worked either. I have changed browsers also, same thing thing. Is there anything I can do to help make this experience better for me?
Hi there - apologies if not right place to post. I can’t seem to login to my account via the android app. I just receive a pop up saying “incorrect email format”.Needless to say, I double x quadruple checked the email - and it is exactly the same as the email I use login to the website and this community forum as well.I have tried clearing the cache on the android app and deleting in re-installing the app as well. Any help or tips appreciated!
Hello team!I am heavy user of Miro (Education plan given by school) ! I create a lots of notes, files even CV, and I would like to keep using / editing the file after graduation.However school’s email account will expire after graduate. I shared all the file with private gmail account just be safe (free plan). But I am not sure, what will happen after my main school account expired.Is there anyone know how can I keep using? How should I avoid loosing all my files? Thanks!
Hi there.It’s been a full day that one board of mine is stuck on an endless loading (see image below).Other boards works fine, except that one. Anyone knows how to fix this?I already checked internet connection, reset application data, uninstall and reinstall the app. But still the problem exists. I have an educational plan so I can’t create a support ticket. Hope to find some answers here.I run Miro from Desktop App on an Intel powered MacBook Pro.
It seems to have vanished from the UI. I can see my ‘starred’ boards but I cannot star any new boards
I am new to Miro and currently working on creating workflow using swim lane, can someone please guide me as how we can border each swimlane, since there no borders it becomes difficult to distinguish one lane from another
