Hi all,I am new to this community, so please excuse any mistakes.I have been using the Rest API for 2 months now to programmatically create board contents. Everything worked as documented and I did not have more than the usual problems.Today, I am observing a very strange behavior: When creating a shape, the fillOpacity values are sometimes ignored and set to 0.0. However, there is no pattern, i.e. if I create the board contents several times, the elements having the wrong fillOpacity are not identical, but vary a lot.I did not change anything in my code regarding fillOpacity, so I suspect that something has changed on the API side.Any help is highly appreciated!Thanks, and best regards,Rene
Hi folks, maybe you can advise?I recently updated my template in the Miroverse at:https://miro.com/miroverse/making-next-happen-template/However when I preview it, it appears as a blank screen. I have found I have to repeatedly [zoom out] to see it. How do I correct this, as for users of the template, it appears as if there is nothing there, impacting use and discovery.

Hi all, I’ve noticed in both the webapp and desktop version of Miro that there is no longer a way to present that allows you to do a “fly through” of the Frames as it zooms around the board. This appears to be replaced with the “Present frames as slides” option, and the new interactive option. This used to appear in the bottom toolbar and then was moved to the top, but now appears to be gone. See image below: Is the fly-through option still available somewhere? I much prefer to present in this mode as opposed to it mimicking Powerpoint (which is the reason I use Miro in the first place!). If you’re wondering why I prefer this, it is so that the presentation has a sense of dynamic movement to it - especially seeing as Miro does not have transition tools, I will often link different objects via arrows/lines, and use the fly-through presentation mode in place of it. Would love to know if this feature has simply been abolished, or if there is a roadmap for re-introducing it.
I cannot find where to activate beta features from. Looked at the previous questions to and cannot find it. Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Hi everybody, besides my day to day work I´m running a MIRO free account for my private projects. For some reason I had to create a Board incl. a team for one of my previous employers in the past. So in my account there is a team of 20 Users, and I´m the Team Admin. As far as I can see, the last activities on the boards available to me are some weeks ago. But if I head over to User History I can see, that there are active users from today/yesterday within the account/ the team listed within the account.I can´t see any actual activity or board related to this activity. What happens to them and any boards they might have created as team since I´ve left, if I delete the team/users from my account? Thank you!Best regardsDoreen
My tool bar with the frame, presentation modes on them has moved to the top of the screen in behind the Miro go to boards bar at the top of the screen and as such i can not use them. Can anyone help me to get it back to the bottom of the screen to allow its use?
I add the Google extension. When adding my board, it gives a prompt to choose sharing settings. I set my board to “anyone with a link can edit”. That does not require a person to sign in. The prompt for the Google invite states that “All invitees can edit” requires a sign in. Clarification?
If I want to invite viewers to a board for a presentation, can I use video chat without them using it, as well? They would not be talking, just observing so I do not want them to have the video/audio option.

My team are have all been having performance issues with Miro this week. We’re all working from home - so on different wifi connections and also are working on different boards. We are finding that when we click onto something like a post-it, a box or a text-box - that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Or you might have to wait minutes to be able to click on something. We are also finding frames incredibly at times do not want to be selected. I’m assuming this is again a responsiveness issue. We try to expand or change a frame - and we can’t.

I’m brand new to Miro and working on creating a large board for facilitating an all day workshop for a smallish group. I initially started by copying over some templates, but as I got comfortable I just started creating my own thing. I’ve discovered that I’m having to use text sizes of 900 for example, and the zoom is set to just a few %. Is there any problem with this? Should I be targeting using “normal” text sizes and doing everything at 100%, or is it totally irrelevant as long as I keep things in proportion to one another?I’m worried that I’m going to get even more hours into setting this up and suddenly realize that actually having apparently huge everything actually screws me up somehow.Any thoughts much appreciated! Please Miro Gods! Almighty pros! Tell me I can define a finite space so my non-native-late-adopters can stop getting lost. I realize they can click on "me" to get back, but the stress of it all is robbing me of workshop time and the participants of a stress free experience. Would also love to be able to lock half the features so I can introduce people to one tool at a time. Is that a thing? Cortisol + learning curve+ more space than we need= creativity drain.
I have several clients and I want to work with them separately. I bought a consultant plan - and now have a question - how to orginize work with my clients? Do I need to open new teams or I should make new project at the my main team and invite consultants there?I don’t want to pay extra money for additional licenses I want that boards created for each client see only this client.
I am trying to use an Iphone wireframe as a frame for a presentation. Even when I toggle "show phone" the phone disappears in presentation mode (iMac as well as iPad). Is this a user problem or a bug?
I am running a webinar in a few days and the plan is to use Miro to share content rather than PowerPoint. Its a rather large group so there won't be any participant inputs on the board (I know this is the whole point of Miro). Any thoughts on what the risks of this approach might be??

Hi, there seems to be some disconnects between the Mirotone npm package and the Mirotone Figma UI library, e.g. some icons are available in the Figma library but not in the npm package. This causes some minor frictions when a design is handed over from designers to developers. The issue can be addressed by exporting the assets from Figma and / or manually implementing the styles, but being able to rely on the npm package would certainly improve workflow and thus the question - should we refer to the Figma UI library, the npm package, or mirotone.xyz as source of truth for Mirotone?Not sure if others find this an issue (love to hear your experience / opinions) but I believe setting the correct expectation will ease both designing and implementation.
