Hi, I accidently deleted all content within a board and then reloaded the page. As such, I cannot undo this action. How can I restore the board?
I couldn’t see how - but these things are often “look but can’t seeI also tried searching insided’s site - couldn’t see anything obvious like a userguide there either
I have uploaded three pdfs but when I upload a fourth one, I get this message: Sorry, Something went wrong”, rather than something helpful like “Sorry, you’re on the free plan, would you like to upgrade?”The document creator was able to upload this document, but another user was unable to upload this document. I have download this pdf from the owner’s website couple of time, opened it, but unable to upload it any of my three boards. Anyone run into this?
Occasionally, the undo button is just not there and Command Z does not work.Also occasionally copy and paste does not workAlso, occasionally you can’t bring people to youFinally, sometimes work just disappears.These issues are not caused by a change in my role on the board, they just stop working mid workshop.Miro is a great tool but these things are annoying. Why do these fairly basic bugs appear on the app and on chrome?
Hello,Loving Miro, I recently purchased the Team version so I could add Jira, however there are some serious flaws such as the card description fields have no rendering at all (no line breaks, no markdown support which is the official format on jira and so on). Hi,A new user was incorrectly added to our team account then immediately removed a month ago. This still generated a pro-rated charge to our federal government payment card. No response via email, customer support portal, or their phone number after various messages / phone calls. After 3 weeks of the pro-rated bill - our card was charged - still no response from Miro support at all. Anyone know how to get in contact with them or cancel an account?
Dear all. I searched but can't find (if there exists) the answer to this: is it possible to link to a search? A link to a search could help highlight some objects in the canvas. It's like a link, but with multiple (and dynamic, since I can create a link and someone after add other objects that appears into that search results) destinies. Hello team!I am heavy user of Miro (Education plan given by school) ! I create a lots of notes, files even CV, and I would like to keep using / editing the file after graduation.However school’s email account will expire after graduate. I shared all the file with private gmail account just be safe (free plan). But I am not sure, what will happen after my main school account expired.Is there anyone know how can I keep using? How should I avoid loosing all my files? Thanks!

I tried to use the voting feature several times in the past 2 weeks, but found it is not usable due to the following issues:‘Save vote for later’ cannot be updated as any changes are just ignored or the save-for-later button does nothing when clicked the second time (sometimes changes appear hours later) Voting does not start for all team members on the board Previously set voting area often appears at another place (even when I set up the vote on the fly) Some team members could not end the voteYesterday I had to set up 6-7 votes until the intended 3 votes were done. In the end I gave up and reverted to dot voting.I really love the feature, but in the current state is is unusable.
Hi everyone, currently we are on Consultant plan with 74 full licenses. For a large workshop coming up, I wanted to buy 32 more licenses - but I can only select 100. Is a 100 licenses the maximum of full licenses I can have? I am looking forward to your reply.Cheers- Leonie
when input Chinese and English text into a text box, it always auto create a new line with the space between Chinese and English switch.it looks normal when I edit the text: but it always go awry when it’s out the edit mode.how can it be fixed?
I’ve downloaed the Miro app and when I use it for over 15 minutes my computer crashes. Due to“Video scheduler error”.Now, I updated all my drivers, checked for viruses etc it’s clean. However the problem persists. I tired going into the ‘graphics settings’ changing Miro to open with my ‘graphics card’ rather than the integrated graphics setting. No joy. The final solution, Run with ‘administrator’ for Miro- It seems to be stable but I am unable to drop any files into the window. The functionality has reduced. Laptop = L502x Graphics card- Nvdia Geforce 540 M , Windows - 10 64 bit Home edition. It’s a old one but the point was to do work to get work to get a new one ! Any solutions /ideas ?
It seems to have vanished from the UI. I can see my ‘starred’ boards but I cannot star any new boards
I receive an error message when I try to submit my app to the Miro Marketplace. The api call to https://miro.com/api/v1/app-submissions returns 500 internal server error.
Hi all. I’m working on a board that I have editing rights only. I need to transfer the board to a new account or copy paste the work across. I don’t have admin rights to do so but I also can’t see who owns the account the board is sitting on? Anyone know how to source the board owner? Thanks! Clicking on the board name does nothing.
I feel frustrated when I try to copy and paste stickies and I see only the text from the sticky instead. Sometimes it works and only 1% of the time. I have been asked on Twitter to clear cache etc. That hasn’t worked either. I have changed browsers also, same thing thing. Is there anything I can do to help make this experience better for me?
HelloI’ve added Postits to a table.When I delete a column that does not contain any postits, then a postit that is contained two columns further left is gone. Does anyone knows, why that can happen. It’s not very good, this time I remarked because the table does not conatin many postits...
My colleague on a different team has a board that got somehow corrupted and she has a message [RESTORED] board. I’m not a team member on this board, only a guest. She opened the [RESTORED] board and it looks fine, but she wants to ensure that this becomes the default board again. The originally shared link still goes back to the corrupted board.Is there a way to to save the Recovered board as an unaffected duplicate, (she tried renaming the restored board, but that just changed the name of the restored version. The original link still goes back to the corrupted board, and the “check the version of the board restored” just goes to what she renamed; they still are linked.The question is, what is best practice at this point to ensure that data isn’t lost, the Restored version isn’t again overwritten with a corrupted version, and generally to get back on the normal path again.
Hi, since today I can no longer edit the countdown timer on my Miro boards. Instead of the usual clock I get this image: I cannot edit these. Has anybody had this problem before? Thank you!
Hi there - apologies if not right place to post. I can’t seem to login to my account via the android app. I just receive a pop up saying “incorrect email format”.Needless to say, I double x quadruple checked the email - and it is exactly the same as the email I use login to the website and this community forum as well.I have tried clearing the cache on the android app and deleting in re-installing the app as well. Any help or tips appreciated!
Hi there.It’s been a full day that one board of mine is stuck on an endless loading (see image below).Other boards works fine, except that one. Anyone knows how to fix this?I already checked internet connection, reset application data, uninstall and reinstall the app. But still the problem exists. I have an educational plan so I can’t create a support ticket. Hope to find some answers here.I run Miro from Desktop App on an Intel powered MacBook Pro.
Just wanted to flag this, but I have a new M1 Mac and when I try to log into Miro via the plugin (so I can sync stuff), it immediately crashes. I can probably run Sketch in Rosetta to avoid this, but then I lose the performance gains. Right now I’ve just been exporting and uploading to Miro separately, but hoping you can update the plugin in the near future!
