I need specific help.

Going to run on online design thinking workshop for 25 pax from different companies.

My question is this. I will be using breakout rooms on zoom with 4/5 pax in each room where they will each take turns to share their design challenge and get the other group members to brainstorm on it. How would this work?

do they all need individual accounts?
do I set up different boards for all 25 of them?

@swiss :

You can handle this either via one board and different section in one board or via so many boards as groups you’ve got …

Your own account + 25 guest editors

How this could work in real is placed in here:

https://community.miro.com/educator-community-69/online-group-classes-or-the-all-in-one-template-for-your-online-class-with-breakout-session-6415

You can work with the template and add 2 further example sites … the template is created for 3 groups ….

And the startsite has to be modified for the overview page for 5 groups …

Thank you @mlanders I’ll give that a shot and update. Would they need to open an account?

@swiss :

No - you can invite them with editing rights and they can edit your board:
