Hi everyone, I see this question has been posed in the past but apparently there wasn’t a surefire fix. When I try to log into my Miro account or access a Miro board the Miro logo continues to show loading, but nothing else happens. I can’t access any of my Miro boards. Please help!

How are you accessing Miro? If via a web browser, can you try clearing your browsing history and cache and restarting the browser? What happens if you try using incognito mode?

Hi, for two days my Miro boards have continuously been loading. I have pressing deadlines and can’t access my boards and the error message says “Sorry, Websocket connection could not be established” 

I have tried logging in in incognito mode. I have used the app and the browser, cleared browser history etc.
