Hello,I selected all the slides and turned on presentation mode to see how the slides look, but now I can't turn it off and can't edit the slides. Please help me figure out how to turn this feature off. Thanks a lot!  

On shared boards, people keep dragging sticky notes around while they don’t even know it. So how to lock things down a bit so the layout doesn’t get messed up every time someone jumps in?? Thnx in advance

Hello. Is there a way to create a custom shape in Miro, with editabe text inside, that can be saved it in shape pack?

I just realized there is new way of adding YouTube videos to the board. All looks good except when I try to play video it starts with ads even though I have premium version of YouTube (on YouTube directly there is no adds by=t the same link added to the board stars with ads). Pretty annoying taking into consideration that some of them I play at the sessions directly from the boards.Is there any solution to escape ads, or could I use the previous version which did not have this limitation?   

We use Miro-boards in higher education. We may be several teachers developing a board to be used in a course. Locking different parts of a board is almost impossible when several people collaborate.Securing the setup we make is important. Students working on the boards should not be able to destroy our setup (by accident - or intentionally).We need a very simple “Glass Layer” to put on top of the board, where the students can work safely without access to the board itself.  

Hi, it’s never been an issue until a few weeks ago. When I open my boards, some of the images are really blurry and reopening them never fixes the problem. I’ve just tried to reset the data and the issue still persists. What do I do? Thanks in advance.

Vimeo video link (or embed code) pasted into miro board does not show preview. All videos show as white screen which is difficult to tell the difference when multiple videos on the same board.There was a similar problem described here but no solution found (yet!).Thank you for suggestions!  

I draw in one place and it is drawn from above.

I use post it notes for fleshing out ideas and mapping them out, so my screen is basically only post it notes. So today when I logged in I noticed they lacked in color and are all basic squares with no dimension. They don’t look like post it notes anymore. Is there a way to change them back to their pleasant appearance?

All sorts of data and advice on downgrading; unfortunately none of it works. We are six people now an want to downgrade from enterprise to business. As an Admin to our company, our billing tab doesn’t include any of the stated ‘downgrade options’. It looks like Miro is hiding from responsibility.

The directions for turning off SSO and employees being use their email + password don’t work.The chat suggests that they:reset their password, or if that doesn’t work then to request access from company admins.Unfortunately, this doesn’t work because none of the requests are coming through to admins.Having employees use their personal email address is NOT an option.Even when SSO is disabled the system still identifies our company email addresses as associated with an account that needs to login with SSO.

The layer function in Miro disappeared today. I have tried rebooting, looking into different boards to see if it's a bug in my particular board, but it seems to be gone from the tool list in every board I've checked. Is this a mistake? I have lost some of my content due to some layers being switched off when the layer function disappeared so I would really appreciate the help!

My board consists of multiple flowcharts representing user journeys. It is fairly large and it is becoming slow. I came across this “Create diagram” button. I am considering creating a diagram for each flowchart. Are the “diagrams objects” more or less performant than having all objects on the board? 

One of the steps in my innovation process, after we ideate and cultivate our opportunities, is we rank them, the leadership team confidentially scores each opportunity, on a scale of 1-10 for feasibility and impact.  Then I create a 4-quadrant, 2 x 2 matrix with the horizontal axis being feasibility and the vertical axis being impact. And I plot out the average scores of each opportunity.  Currently, I'm doing this in workshops and off-site retreats with pen and paper. Each member of the leadership team confidentially scores the opportunities on a one-page chart and hands them back to me. Then, my admin assistant adds up the scores and divides by the number of people in the room and creates average scores and plots out the points on a chart.  Can Miro automate this? Could we have everyone score the opportunities confidentially on the laptop in Miro and then show a chart that can project the average scores on a 2 x 2 matrix on a screen?
