I was a student using a student email when I initially subscribed, but I had an unexpected charge last year, so I requested a refund and cancellation of the subscription. However, after a year, the subscription was automatically renewed for $300, even though I haven’t used it for the past couple of years, and my

student email is no longer active. I would like a full refund and to cancel my plan permanently.

I’m really unsure how to contact the Miro team, and this has been a very uncomfortable experience for me.

You can contact our Billing team using this link https://miro.com/contact/recover/ to request a full refund. Since the email tied to the subscription is no longer active, kindly explain your situation to our Billing team as they will need certain info like full email of the profile with subscription, team ID, or last 4 digit of your card, to locate your account. Hope this helps!
