I used to have a premium account years ago but stopped using Miro.

 

My account is on the free plan now, but no matter how many times I close it, this red banner keeps popping up:

 

 

And I can’t update payment details because it takes me to a 404:

 

 

I can’t seem to find where else I can possibly update my billing other than starting a new paid plan, which I don’t need to do.
