What shall I do to restore the board, is there any support help available for restoring the state?

      If you want to restore your board to its previous state, here are the options available:

       

      • If the changes happened recently, you can use Ctrl + Z (Cmd + Z on Mac) or the undo button in the toolbar.

      • If you are on a Business, Enterprise, or Education plan, you can use Board History to roll back the board to a specific saved state. Access this via the board menu → More actions (…) → Board history.

      • If you or your team previously exported the board (PDF, image, CSV, or backup copy), you can re-import that version. 
      • If the board itself was deleted, check the Team Trash folder, where deleted boards are usually available for 30 days.

       

      Support help is available if none of the above works. You can contact Miro Support directly through the Help Center:
      https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

       

      They will usually ask for:

      • The board link (if you still have it)

      • The team or workspace name

      • The approximate date and time when the board was last in the correct state
