Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue when trying to import a CSV file into Miro's Mind Map app. Despite multiple attempts and format adjustments, the hierarchy is not being recognized properly, and I either get a single node or a flat list instead of a structured mind map.

πŸ”Ž What I’ve Tried:

βœ… Using the Parent β†’ Child format (two distinct columns).
βœ… Testing different separators (, - ; - \t for tabulation).
βœ… Removing any empty root nodes.
βœ… Formatting as multiple columns (Level 1 β†’ Level 2 β†’ Level 3).
βœ… Ensuring the file is UTF-8 encoded and correctly structured.

❓ Issue Observed:

When I import the file, Miro doesn’t display the hierarchy correctly, and I only see one node or a flat list, instead of a properly structured mind map.

πŸ“‚ Example of the CSV File Tested:

csv

CopierModifier

Parent,Child "7 Steps to Attract 10-20 Clients per Month","1. Growth Phases" "1. Growth Phases","Expansion β†’ Attract more clients" "1. Growth Phases","Chaos β†’ Too many requests, poor organization" "1. Growth Phases","Adjustment β†’ Structuring your business" "7 Steps to Attract 10-20 Clients per Month","2. Social Media as a Lead System" "2. Social Media as a Lead System","Don't see social media as a bonus" "2. Social Media as a Lead System","Transform social media into a conversion system"

πŸ’‘ Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a specific format Miro requires for proper mind map structuring?

Thanks in advance for your help! πŸ™πŸ˜Š
