I'm trying to figure out what kind of subscription plan would be suitable for my office. So far, only three people use Miro as a discussion tool, and they are all from the same division.So I'm thinking of purchasing a subscription plan for 3 Business accounts only, considering the intensity of use and the costs involved. We can still invite other employee accounts to discuss as Guests with the Business Plan. What do you think?I'm also trying to find out more about:In the Free Plan, will all accounts with the same email domain be automatically added to the same team?If so, what happens if some accounts with the same email domain have a paid subscription (Starter/Business) while others are on the Free Plan? Can this automation feature be disabled from the start and all Free Plan accounts be switched to Guest status? Can someone who has had a Free Plan account from the beginning remain on the Free Plan if they are only invited as a Guest going forward?If anyone can help answer these quest

HI There, our team admin left and we’re now not able to update the boards as there are too many people. I now have access to the team admins inbox however Miro doesn’t seem to recognise the email address when I click on ‘forgot my password’ to try and gain access. In the boards, it clearer has this email address down as the team admin - any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!

I’m trying to work out if there is a way to create a game in Miro where users try to spot a hidden item in an image.The idea is that I place a photograph on a board which contains a hard-to-find item. The users then study the photograph and mark where they think the item is. It’s a simple game. The easiest way to achieve this would be to allow the users to place a comment marker on the image in the specific location. However, as far as I know there is no way to hide comments from other users on the board. Which means as soon as someone correctly pinpoints the item the game is spoiled for everyone else.The other method I considered was adding a grid of invisible shapes in front of the image and allowing people to vote by picking the shape covering the correct area. But votes are anonymous so there’s no way to tell who got the correct answer.Does anyone have any other ideas how I could achieve this?Thanks

Is anyone else having issues witth Miro where the board disconnects and then you have to wait for it to re-load?I am having issues with the miro boards where by I keep getting a pop up ask if I want to use a canvas, when I click off of it, it freezes and does a count down for around 30 seconds saying its reconnecting, it them seems to move all of my process map arrows and symbols. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and I am unable to use it. I have restored various versions so I dont loose the work but now I am in a situation were one map is on the glitched board and the others are on my restored board, I cant copy it over. I believe that there is a bug but Miro doesnt seem to allow me to report it as a glitch. Anyone else having this issue? 

Is there a way to create a sticky (or some other kind of object) pre-populated with the creation date and time? I know this information is available if you right click → info, but I want this info directly on the object text so you can easily compare with the date and time of other objects. I’m highly technical, so I don’t mind building this using the Web SDK or Rest API, but:I don’t know if the Web SDK or Rest API provides the ability to do this, and it’s a non-trivial time/effort investment to find out. If there’s an easier way to achieve this, I’d rather go that route.For additional context, non-technical users will be creating lots of these stickies over time, so it needs to be convenient to repeatedly create stickies with the current datetime. My preferred behavior would be to have a special sticky pad, and each time you drag a sticky off it, it’s pre-populated with the current date/time. 

Hi, I am the owner of a board, and I am on the Education plan.However, on my board, there is no “Present” button. It is just missing: Between my profile button and the Share Button, there is nothing.Also, when I click the frames button at the bottom of the screen, it is empty.I have not found any information about Presentation being restricted. How can I enable it? Or is this a bug?

This is my first time using my Miro on my iPad, and at first, it seems to work fine, but after a few minutes of writing ideas out on the board using my Apple Pencil, the board starts to freeze for a few seconds. I don’t think it’s just the board even, I can’t seem to interact with the entire app at all.After a few seconds, it comes back and starts running fine, but soon enough it starts happening again. If I use the Miro app for a lengthy amount of time after this (15-30 minutes), it starts to get so bad that every other stroke seems to hang (maybe time didn’t have to do anything with it, maybe it was because I added another app to multitask so half my ipad screen was miro, and half was a system monitoring tool for my iPad).Anyway, I tried playing around with the Miro website instead of the Miro app, but I noticed that it also froze occasionally, though it was nowhere nearly as bad as the app.I did manage to note down some metrics though! 5 seconds after it hung for both the app, and t

Hello Everyone, As my title explains, I would like to move all my boards (in bulk, as there are many of them) from my old Education account (previous school) to my new Education account (new school). I have managed to do it one by one by downloading a board back up which I then upload to my new Educational account (via Create New and Import) but this will take me way too long if I proceed this way.Is there a way to do this to all the boards in one go?I hope I can find a way to do this before I lose access to my old boards. Many thanks. 

Hello everyone,I recently received a new bank account and unfortunately updated it in Miro too late. I’ve now corrected it, but the red banner just won’t disappear. When I click on “Update your payment method,” I get a 404 page error.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you very much and best regards!  

The titles says it all. my links are just blue test when everyone else's has a card and cover. how can I make mine have them too? I tried 8 different websites, even copy-pasted their links that already has a cover and Miro doesn't make my links a cover…   

Dear all!Unfortunately, by accident, I left the enterprise-plan team that I initially was part of, and where I created a board.When I try to access this board now, miro tells me to join that team again - but when I click on the link to join, miro says I am already part of the team?! (see screenshot, in german)So, I am lost in this loop - and I can’t even log out because miro.com/app/dashboard/ is loading and logging me in automatically, and the loop of doom begins anew …Because of this loop, I can’t even access the menu or any other functiona/options in the app!Any help or suggestions are very welcome, I really need this board very urgently! Why can’t I rejoin the team?Thank you very much! 

Hi everyone. I have a big issue. It seems to have a bug. For several weeks now, all the shapes I draw for years now on one of  my board disapeared!!! What happen, I didn’t touch anythings. This is absolutly problematic as I need it for my job and they are now gone. Vincent

Hello, beautiful Miro team!I’ve been having the same problem over the last couple of months. No boards are loading. Only in someone else’s team. What can be the problem and can it be fixed? I’ve been thinking about upgrading but if this problem stays consistent, that would be pointless. Thank you for looking into it. I appreciate your time and help

Hi,During clean up of different ‘teams’, one Team that we do work in was deleted (free plan) and with that an important board with all the content. I do still have the link but since it was permanently deleted, there is no ‘restore’ option anywhere. How do I restore this team / the content of this board?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I tried to apply a template to my board, but when I insert it, it shows up empty. I expected it to load with the predefined content from the template (shapes, text, layout, etc.), but nothing appears.Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be related to permissions, board settings, or maybe a sync issue?Thanks in advance for your help!

Miro diagram feature destroyed my board, how to revert it back?

I was recommended to try the diagram feature as a pop-up and after that it did some data download, and asked me not to stop as it may cause data loss.  Now my whole board looks wierd and all messed up. This never happened over all these years, and now all the years work is broken.  Please help me fix and revert to how it was. i am not able to find the option to do this on the board.All my objects and images in the object, along with any hand drawn content is gone. And most of the board is randomly missing.Here is a link of what it looks like  

How can I increase the size of the Miro UI (menus, toolbar, profile picture, etc.)? When I use Command + in the browser, only the board zooms in the interface stays tiny. I’ve also tried changing my display scaling in macOS, but the Miro UI still remains small. Is there a way to scale up the entire interface?

3 days ago, I received an email saying that my education plan as an educator was approved and I could log in through the approved email address. When I logged in, I still couldn't use Miro in education plan. The member-per-team is limited and boards cannot be exported in higher resolutions.Please help me solve this problem, thank you.
