Hi, over the past hour, I am not able to get into the Miro app on my iPhone or iPad. It just stays on a blank screen with the Miro logo in the center. I am using the most up to date version of the app. I have also tried disconnecting from my WiFi and using data instead, which does not resolve the issue, so it does not appear to be a connection issue on my end. I have tried powering off/restarting my devices, which does not work as well.
On my Window’s desktop (using the website version), I am able to partially access my board, but it takes ~10 minutes to load and pictures do not load.
I do see on the Miro status page that there is report of a “user search degradation” issue. Is this related? Does this have to do with the AWS outage? Any timeline on the repair?
