how can I create a process flow diagram using a CSV file by uploading? 

Comprei o Plano e não consigo exportar com qualidade alta, só aparece a mesma opção da versão gratuita. Como posso mudar isso?

These endpoints are for Doc Formats (the native, editable text documents that live on the canvas), not for uploading PDF/DOCX files (which are called "Documents" in the API).What you can do now: Generate project briefs or specs directly onto a board. Read the content of existing docs to sync with external tools. Clean up old docs programmatically. Hello,  I recently reduced our license count from 15 to 11. When the account trues-up quarterly, will these unused licenses that were paid on the Feb invoice be refunded to the card on file? If not, how can we make that happen?

I paid for a subscription to use Prototypes but after using it for an hour I am very disappointed by what is can do. I want to request a refund because I won’t be using miro for the generation of my app. Where can I do this? I found a few links and descriptions on how to do this but those pages changed. Hi folksI have been working on some mindmaps and other diagrams (built with shapes and text). There are no layers in those boards.When ready to export, I create a transparent frame (no background colour) around the area, and hit the Export as Image, then select Vector SVG.The images created have a grey background. Opening the SVG files I see a statement like this, just after the </defs>:<rect id="svg-board-background-color" width="100%" height="100%" fill="#f2f2f2"></rect>To achieve a transparent background I have to manually remove it.My question: why is Miro adding this <rect> when the background is set to “No Color”?Cheers

Got a mail from customer programs at Miro “team@mail.miro.com”I wonder if this email is legit or phishing? 

After my Miro desktop (Windows) automatically (forced) updated to 0.11.134, it crashes constantly when using table, both on the web and desktop versions.So is it possible to switch back to previous version ?

I am being billed for a free account and I can’t find any customer service number to call and get this resolved.Lesson learned: before I sign up for anything FREE I will make sure I speak to a live person at customer support.Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it.Thank you,

Hi, I’ve completed a voting exercise on a board I created, but I now cannot remove the voting results. The voting number shows in a blue disc on the board. I have tried everything and been thru the menu options many times. I note Miro don’t provide any customer service...cough cough, so can someone help me to understand this basic feature? Otherwise I will have to recreate the board from scratch simply to overcome this glitch 

When grouping a Kanban board where the grouping field is multiple selection, the current behaviour is to group by unique set of values. So if we have options A and B, groups will be “A”, “B”, “A+B” and “None”. This makes it very hard to have a segmentation of all the rows that have a value selected in that field.For example, I have a list of initiatives (rows) that impact multiple teams (each team is a value in a multiple select field), so if I group initiatives by Team, I can’t see all initiatives that impact a single team in a single place, since the default behaviour is that if an initiative impacts two teams, that row will show in a separate group. I’ll have to visit all the groups to find which groups include that team, increasing the chance of me missing something and introducing human error.I tried creating one subtask per team and tagging each subtask with a single team, and disabled nesting but this means now I have to manage 6 or 7 individual subtasks with no way of keeping t

I need to install Miro Web Clipper as a Chrome extension. It was discontinued in February 2026. How do I do that?

Hi Miro Community,I’m using a Business plan and have run into an issue with adding video files to my board. Until recently, I was able to upload and embed videos without any problems, but now the option seems unavailable.There haven’t been any changes on my side in terms of workflow, so I’m wondering whether this could be related to plan limits, workspace permissions, or a temporary technical issue.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to restore the ability to add videos to boards.Thanks in advance for your help. 

I have both tasks and story issue types in my team’s Jira.  I’m looking to make use of the Estimation feature, but I am unable to add story points to issues that are type = task.  I can add them manually to tasks in Jira, but this is highly inefficient! Is this a bug ?

I’m trying to create sub-records in a project schedule on a board. I upgraded to the starter plan but it’s still not working and asking me to upgrade when I try this. 

Hi All,  The business that I’m supporting uses a range of diagramming software - both Miro and Visio to name the primary tools used. We need to be flexible with this situation and to enable Miro diagrams to be exported to Visio. Does anyone have a set of work instructions to do this  - if it's possible in Miro pls?
