Hi guys,Does anyone know how I can do an edit so that I edit the size of shape in a collective action in stead of individually changing all the shapes in my diagram.   

I have free plan and unfortunately my board was deleted within 3 last weeks (i dont know by myself or my visitors - i didnt find any history status because no available board in my account now :( .How can I be sure that when I will buy Starter plan i will find my deleted board? I do not have access to my trash been or history now so it seems like there's never been a board. It is strange for me to find no any trace so i afraid i will upgrade my plan and will not find my board either,Only one i have now - the link and note the board was deleted. 

Hi, I’m just getting to grips with the Python SDK for Miro and managed to write a few objects to a board directly from the code.However my project is about constructing complex customer journey maps programaticially and outputting to Miro (and other surfaces). So far it seems like attempting to implement a design this way is extremely cumbersome and prone to a lot of trial and error.Is there a better way (such as some kind of middleware) to do this? If it were possible, one way forward could be to store an empty templated version somewhere and just use python to populate it with content.any advice or github links appreciated!

Every month I get charged for Miro and I haven’t used it in 5 months. Every month I still can’t find where to cancel. Please cancel my account and refund me for the last 5 months that I have not used Miro at all. 

I use frames inside my board, and lately Miro keeps deleting frames, cloning frames, and sometimes reordering frames (which could, perhaps, be a combination of cloning and deleting).  I don’t do anything fancy (eg. manually reordering frames); this just happens.  It also seems to be happening at an increased rate lately.  Unfortunately it makes Miro essentially unusable for me, since I often want to refer to previously-created frames…Any suggestions?

I have been trying to solve this issue with Miro frames.  Miro support wanted me to add them as a team member, so I did.  Somewhere, somehow, in that process something happened that renders Miro _utterly_ unusable for me…Previously, when I open up the frames side panel and double-clicked a frame, it would center/zoom that frame so it filled the screen.  Now, it shrinks it to an absurdly small size:Believe it or not there are two frames near the center of the workspace…I can manually zoom and see the frames, but this not usable at all.How do I get back to the previous behavior?!?

Filled in every form of purchase page but the complete button does NOT become active.Please tell me how to complete the purchase process. 

Does anyone know how to get in contact with a real person at Miro? I’ve submitted several help desk tickets but can’t seem to get an answer. I’m still being billed monthly even though my company paid for an annual subscription.

I used ERD objects for data modeling. By default a new entity starts with three “fields”, and I can rename them or delete them. Here is the problem I ran into recently. After I remove those default “fields”, if I come back to the board again, those default “fields” are added back by Miro, messing up my diagrams. Is it a new bug? If so, is there a fix or workaround?

I have a problem where whenever I am testing the api in miro dev-hub its giving me 400 error indicating something to be wrong with payload, I have read v2 documents and did the formatting accordingly but still it’s not helping any solutions anyone (P.s I am using rest API to create sticky notes sending  a payload and specifically positioning them also)

Hi- I have been copy and pasting with my Snip tool regularly since the extension stopped working.  Last night that stopped working completely.  I am able to snip (or copy paste) to other programs, but Miro will not work now.  I have tried clearing my cache, cookies, and clipboard.  is anyone else having this issue.  I am dead in the water without this tool.  Thanks!

I changed PCs and now I can't log in to my miro board, logging in is on shared boards with my teacher. How can I log in to my personal miro board?

Hello Miro community,after several hours spent drawing a plan in Miro, unfortunately I lost my Board and I can't find it anymore.I see the name of my files, but I can't get them back.I also saved the drawing as an html file (3,605Kb) but it shows me as Unexpected Application Error!If can someone help me, I would be grateful.Thanks in advance.

When clicking on a frame name, the first couple of frames align/display properly, but then the frames are not displayed and instead, the zoom jumps way out.To reproduce:I created a new board from the The Business Model Kit template - here’s the board: [link removed] Open frames panel and navigate the frames.Here’s a GIF:Tested in Chrome and desktop app on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

Using Windows 10 Pro at work and I have it installed in my apps and integrations, but it does not appear as a tool when working on a board. It does not appear with the other Refractive apps (Power Pak, Clusterizer) in the Miro Marketplace. I just noticed today (THu 12 Dec). I had been using Miro less than normal last month, but now I will be using it regularly again. Is Totally Random being updated? Is there new pricing situation? I find this tool essential for my work.

When I or my colleagues enter one of the breakout rooms, they are all at the smallest zoom level, so I always see the whole big board with only the breakout board but at a zoom of 1 %. So we always have to manually zoom in to see the breakout board. Is that a bug or can this be changed?

I don’t know what happend, built org charts and80 % of it is gone, don’t know what happened and can’t get it back

I’m aware there is a limit for free users: 3 boards. I have made some re-arrangements to ensure I got 3 board, and some of them are still in read-only mode.  Please help to solve this issue. Kind RegardsWitold

I’m trying out miro on a free account, and I suddenly got this message that I’ve reached the plan limit of 3 boards. But I only have 2 boards…Is there anyway to get around this?    

We’ve been using Miro for years, but suddenly board won’t load in Safari (but are fine in Chrome). Same board as usual.  Is anybody else having issues in Safari?  The controls are visible but the board is just empty!  Thanks!
