Missing Jira Ticket for App Submission (Submitted April 2nd) — Can anyone check my status?

I’m hoping to get some visibility on my app submission status. I submitted my app for review on April 2nd, and while the portal confirms the submission, I’m concerned because I never received a Jira ticket to track its progress.

I've seen a few other posts mentioning delays due to internal updates, but since I’m missing the tracking ticket entirely, I want to make sure my app didn't fall through the cracks of the automated system.

Submission Details:

  • App Name: Dot. Connect the Ideas.

  • Submission Date: April 2, 2026

  • Status in Portal: Submitted

  • The Issue: No Jira ticket received/No confirmation email (checked spam).

I’m really looking forward to getting this into the Marketplace and starting our user testing phase. If a Miro team member could confirm that the submission is indeed in the queue despite the missing ticket, I would greatly appreciate it!

Any advice how I can get a response from the Miro Development team? My first posting is 2 days old and no response. My app is now 15 business days in queue and still in SUBMITTED status. I am working on a critical deadline to have this app released May 15. Thanks!
