The allowed number of accounts is exceeded. Please use a different email address.

I need to change new work email in current work mail . Email change request mail is invalid as soon as I click and when I try to sign up with new work mail , it showed “The allowed number of accounts is exceeded. Please use a different email address.”. How can I proceed for this ?
