Hi Folks,

I love Miro!

I am trying to download a board as a PDF to share it with an outside contractor, I am following the export/save as PDF functions but i have no idea where the board is being saved to on my computer, or if the save has been successful in PDF format.

Can you please help me?

Kind regards

Meg

Hi @Marguerita Colgan,

Glad to hear you're enjoying Miro! 😊

When you export a board as a PDF, it should automatically download to your computer’s default Downloads folder — unless your browser is set up to ask where to save files each time.

To confirm the download:

  1. Try pressing Ctrl + J (or Cmd + J on Mac) to open your browser’s Downloads tab.

  2. Look for a file with a name like "Miro Board.pdf".

  3. You can click “Show in folder” or similar to find its location on your computer.

Once located, you can simply attach that file to your email or upload it to a file-sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox to send to your contractor.

Let us know if it’s still not showing up or if you need help exporting specific frames!
