hi all, seeking your ideas on my need to organize work.At work I am responsible to organize my teams work. We have a number of activities that run simultaneously, some with my inclusion, some without. While, it all starts with planning. Typically the activities can be grouped into logical groups of tasks with defined deliverables (something like WBS in fact). Example project: Adoption of automated patchingStreams:development (done) fixing issues in hypercare (current) Support teams readiness (current) training setup up daily/weekly procedures setup troubleshooting procedures communication campaign for business users (in preparation) global email yammer post Q&A sessions WEB support portal setup …...I like the visual interpretation of such structure, so I originally thought of using mindmap, but I will want to make the above tasks actionable and trackable. some of tasks in specific area will be worked on, some will wait. Saludos, desde hace un año tengo una cuenta educativa e hice muchos tableros con ejercicios para mis estudiantes y desde finales del año pasado no volvieron a aparecer los tableros en mi sesión, puedo acceder a ellos con enlaces pasados, pero no puedo editarlos les pongo un tablero aquí en este enlacetablero de miro puedo verlo, pero no puedo editarlo y tampoco puedo verlo cuando ingreso a mi usuario, y así con todos los demás tableros que tenia, agradezco si alguien me puede ayudar.

I am quite new to Miro so apologies if this has been asked before (couldn’t find the right topic). I have used a shape as a backdrop to creating a timeline which acts as an account recap and account plan for a client. I have used connecting lines to show the various activities in a certain period in time. When I try to expand the shape as and when I need to extend the timeline, the lines are dragged along too. Is this because the lines are connected to a certain point of the shape in the background rather than to an image in the foreground? If yes, how can I select the shape only without affecting the connecting lines? Interestingly, when I try to just delete the shape in the background, a few, not all, of the lines go missing as well though I created all the lines together.

Hello. Started using the Miro service. This is an interesting service!But I ran into a problem. I open the project for public access https://www.screencast.com/t/wkjbfKfdNAfter clicking on the link, the user sees a service with incorrect scale and positioning https://www.screencast.com/t/8Uk4D6zPb This may confuse the user (the user may get lost).The user needs to use the mouse wheel to remember the scale https://www.screencast.com/t/yzGhnSaYS only then he understands the project.How to set up a project when providing public access so that after opening it is displayed with the correct scale and positioning?

Hi, I don’t know how to find my content on a Miro board, I am on my board but have zoomed in/out and now can’t locate my content. The map tool isn’t helping either.Thanks

Hello community!I have a problem that there is a lot of free space left using mind map. For example, when I add subtopics 1,2,3,4 to topic1, topic2 goes lower and lower, thereby leaving free space. I would not like to use simple rectangles and arrows, because it is inconvenient. If the topic2 did not move when moving under the topics, it would be more convenient.Please give an answer how to disable this movement.Thanks! 

Hi Miro Community, I recently downloaded the Miro App for shared Zoom licenses that I use for my firm.  We have 8 pro-accounts that are used between different team members.  I noticed that when I signed in on one Zoom account to use my Miro account, I was unable to do the same using a different Zoom license.  I kept getting a link invalid response. Is there an easy way for me to be able to sign in and out of my Miro account while using different Zoom licenses?  Or are the Miro accounts tied specifically to one Zoom license?

When functions in a software solution is removed it almost always has a good reason. This time I don’t understand why it’s removed? Is the problem that many users leave unused items on their MIRO board after doubleclicking? Well that might be a problem for some, but for a vast amount of other user it sets us back in productivity. I use this tool when I do workshops with my customers, and Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V doesn’t fullfill my needs for productivity. So my suggestion is to make the doubleclick function available again, or to make it an option in settings for those who want to use it.

When i make a duplicate ...would any changes on the first original one...show on the duplicate?Like can i use duplicates for different groups?

How do you delete a template from the workspace? I’ve been trying to find some button, ANY BUTTON for like half an hour now. All I found was the “...” that has “delete” as an option, but when I click on it, nothing happens. EDIT OK it works now for some reason, but now it only deletes individual cells, and I want the whole template deleted. Does anyone know how to select and delete the whole template? Please this is so unintuitive and frustrating...

Why are text in boxes and table displayed at different sizes despite being shown as being the same size?e.g. 36 point text in a box appears the same size as 101 point font in a table ?

Is there a way that I (as admin on Enterprise plan) can inform users about our Miro usage policy each time a new board is created?Like a big sticky that sits on each new board, or a popup infobox, or something like that.Background is that we have a few no-no’s when it comes to how we use Miro at this client, and it would be powerful to remind users of those whenever new boards are created. 

Hello I am new to Miro board and I am trying to prepare a math lesson using BOOMCARDS ( interactive excersices ) but I can only get the link on the board not a preview, and the student is not able to work direclty on the miro board. 

For the past week or so, I have been unable to access Miro on my web browser. The error states that “miro.com redirected you too many times”.Clearing cookies and restarting my browser have not helped. I am using Chrome version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (arm64).Interestingly, Safari works. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, I found this really great template on Miroverse, but did not save it and now I can’t find it again :(  It's a template for coordinating an overview of what everyone in a team is working on during a week and it had different project streams part of the template. So a bit like a team project overview. I also remember that it was a Miro member with a female name who had created it. But now when I search through the templates I cannot find it 🙁 Please help!Many thanks,Nadja

Is there any other way for teams for silent brainstorming besides the bulk function?

I've moved from a consultant license to free and back again. I let my license lapse for several months while not in use.Now all of my teams are marked as free, bar one. How do I move the teams back under the paid consultant license?The existing teams lack the paid functionality. I can create new teams that have paid functionality. I could recreate my teams, users and migrate boards but I’d rather not.

When i click on the invitation all i see are my old boards from last year. i think i’m landing in the wrong project folder. how do i jump to the new project? any search i do for the new board name searches only within the project i landed in.

Has the new Miro board UI layout been rolled out for all Miro users? The reason I’m asking is because I’ve got mine updated last week and will be doing a workshop with people who have never used Miro tomorrow which means that I’ll be sharing my screen with the Miro board and wanted to know if they would see the previous layout on their Miro board so that I can plan accordingly. Thanks!

Hello, I have an issue with my membership, I have the full member plan on my new email address (corporate), and the old one is stocked on MIRO . If I try to change it, it’s not possible, and I cannot even delete MIRO account as the email used if linked to the new one 

I have tried dragging and dropping, I have tried cutting and pasting, and I have tried uploading through the upload option in Miro.When I do all of the above, nothing happens, the image simply isn’t there on my board, I am not presented any other options.How do I get these images loaded on my boards? PNGs or PDFs
