Tablet keep locking when using Miro app

Hi all,

I’m using Miro on a Samsung Galaxy S7 FE (with stylus), mostly a good experience, but for some reason, the tablet locks by itself from time to time (only when I am using Miro). 

Any idea?

Interesting! When I teach, I set my tablet (an iPad) to auto-lock after 15 minutes. It works well for me - with shorter durations, I sometimes talk for a few minutes, and the tablet locks. Be well!

У меня Samsung Tab S7 со стилусом и таже самая проблема - спонтанные блокировки при работе в MIRO.

Поддержка сообщила, что это проблема ОС планшета (а точнее - планшетов samsung Tab S7 и S6).

Пробовал отключить экономию заряда батареи при работе MIRO (есть такая функция в андроиде) - не помогло.
