I have a payment issue with the software Mirror. I need to make a payment on April 30th this year, which is $576 annually for this turn. However, there was an error in my previous payment setup. When I noticed this, I wanted to adjust the number of members to reduce the payment amount. But after I modified the number of members, the annual price for April remains $576. I hope to adjust it to the annual billing price for a single user than pay it. What should I do? Otherwise, I will have to pay 5 times more than necessary.

For weeks now I have been plagued by an issue when entering text into one of our boards.I will type at length, then suddenly I am looking at the text from 5-10 minutes prior! All the changes I have made gone in an instant. I believe this is an issue with connectivity with Miro’s servers; if connection is lost, Miro will attempt to re-connect, and overwrites any changes that haven’t been synced to the server.Although I have now gotten into the habit of entering text, clicking off the shape/field to allow an update to be pushed to the server (hopefully???), before continuing. Didn’t seem to help just nowI’ve lost a lot of progress due to this bug over the weeks.I can only confirm this is occuring with text, it’s the only element where I’ll be “in the process” of editing for any period of time.I used to be a subscriber with another team, and was considering upgrading to a paid subscription for my own team, but if something as bare-bones simple as “checking for conflicts” isn’t in the app.

HiI am using multiple platforms at free plans for e-comerce, so can I get benefit from miro at free plan for e-comerce?Thank you

Now when I zoom into project (when editing) by using mouse wheel I get jump between 51% and 143%, this makes it unusable. I need to zoom with more steps in between the 51 and 143 percent. How to configure these steps of zoom?

Is there any way to get better export options (pictures and such) if thats all I need ? I dont need all other extra stuff in the starter subscription. 

My Miro QR sticky notes are stacking on top of each other after my users have input them! Just a week ago this was fine - the stickies would appear on the screen in an organised manner, not stacking on top of each other. Have tried increasing the size of the frame linked and using different colours but still facing the same issue. Would really appreciate any help on this!

Hi Miro!I was working on my board halfway and the website jammed on me and everything disappeared. May I know if I am able to retrieve everything asap? My board isn’t the only one on the page, it includes boards from my other team members as well. Thank you!

What is the official status of the Miro MCP? My company does not want to enable it as long as it is in beta, and they reference this post https://developers.miro.com/changelog/its-here-the-miro-mcp-server-is-now-in-public-beta.I cannot find any mention on the documentation that the MCP should be in beta, so I would assume it’s not in beta?

Hi!I would like to add dates and user assignements to specific tasks inside a card. I see that you can add them on the card but I have cards that contain several tasks and I would like to be able to specifically assign each task a date and a team member. Is it possible? Or is there another tool than cards that would allow me to do so? Thanks!

 Dear Miro team,I sincerely apologise, but I couldn’t find an answer on this topic. I had the beta version of uploading videos straight  on my board, but now I can’t find the tool. The tool didn’t go through beta-testing? It was really comfortable to add the mp4 files up on the board so that my students could work more effectively. Hope to hear from you soon!Regards,Victoria

Hi, I need urgent help with billing.My subscription unexpectedly shows an unpaid invoice for $85, apparently for 5 licenses. I did not intentionally upgrade my plan or add 5 paid seats. My team was supposed to have only 1 paid license, as before.Now, when I try to cancel, Miro says it will process a $85 charge in unpaid invoices. Please do not charge my card for this invoice. Could you please check why my plan was changed to 5 licenses, reduce it back to 1 license, and cancel/waive the unpaid invoice?I did not knowingly authorize the extra licenses and I need this corrected before I cancel the subscription.

Hi GuysI have recently swapped from a Microsoft Surface and Samsung to the new Apple Ipad Pro 13 and Apple Pencil Pro 2 and the drawing feature is unusable as it goes blank during writing or drawing, however I can use my finger perfectly fine. I have tried other apps and the pencil works fine with these. Any ideas what is causing this issue. Thanks 

So I got my card charged for no reason, support doesn';t show any signs of life for more than 24 hours, there is no email, no contact information whatsoever, what do I do to get my money back and prevent them from charging me again?

And the errors in dev tools.App’s url https://www.smartfindreplace.com/plugin/index.htmlUpd: Profile settings page >>>>>» I click “Submit your app,” then I briefly see the application submission form for a few milliseconds (less than a second), after which it closes automatically. I remain on the Profile Settings page and see the errors shown in the screenshot.Upd2: I don’t have adblockers; the settings in the browsers allow the necessary actions; I tried in different browsers; I tried in Incognito mode as well. The same result.

hello team may I have different sizes of text in one block?somehow the entire text changes or if I use the separated block then the spacing is very weard and hte separation line can not be moved.  please advice  

I am the admin for my company and activated AI sidekicks on enterprise license only for one Team , it went well most of the day, but then the Icon for Sidekicks disappeared, and I only have AI standard. I want to know if there is a setting maybe I shouldn't have applied?, all on in the admin console for this specific Team?Thanks 

I’m using the Kanban tool and running into a limitation with tags. It seems I can’t edit or delete the tags I create on Kanban cards, and I also don’t see a way to change their colors. Am I missing something, or is this a current limitation of Miro’s Kanban feature?

How to stop Miro from adding a text block to a document while dragging it? 

When in present mode, if you change the size of the pen mark using keyboard arrow keys, this is also changing the slide you view. 

Images not getting saved after selecting ‘Copy as Image’. Miro board showing ‘Copying’ status and then status closed. NO success message for copied done. It is completely working fine for the other members of the org.Solution:Verified system clipboard settings. It is not getting saved to clipboard. Verified browser permissions.
