Education plan

Hello,
I cannot proceed with the Education Plan application because the form only accepts an academic email address (*.edu or similar). My university does not provide such emails, and there is no option to continue with a regular email or manual verification. There is no option to choose anything else; I can only enter an email address, and a regular one is not accepted.

As a result, I am unable to submit the application at all.
Could you please advise how I can proceed or enable manual verification for my case?

Hi @Maria Puchkova, I have the same problem. My university does not provide an academic email address, and the Education Plan application form does not allow me to continue with a regular email or manual verification. Could you please help me proceed or convert my case to a support ticket as well?
