It’s the second time, now: I’m editing a text box (a large one, lots of text in it) and it simply disappears… No warning, nothing, just pops out of existence…
I’ve lost quite a lot of work on this bug, and was wondering if anyone had the same problem.
And what the Miro team can do about it…
On a side note: I beginning to question my deep loyalty for Miro…
It’s a terrific tool for complex e flexible thinking, with no competitors that could even get close, in terms of UI consistency, freedom of expression, flexibility and robustness (so it seemed...)
But, I felt cheated… Lots of work, puff, gone...
Same here, I cannot believe it. I checked the history and my text was there, it was registered at 13:11 pm I saw it there. Then, I wanted to pay for the tool because I wanted to see the entire versions history, but then when I got back “puff”, “gone” like you, it disappear entirely, not even in the history!!!
the text I wrote after was there, text I wrote prior, but not the big text box, where is my text I spend 3 hours writing. SO FRUSTRATING
Yes, same here. Not that much text, but a simple text box with 1-10 bullets and notes, and poof.. gone. And now everytime I try and make the same text box it happens again.. and again.
What to do?
