Здравствуйте! У меня бесплатная версия и другой человек, который состоит в моей ‘команде’, создал у свою доску в моем аккаунте. Подскажите пожалуйста, можно её как-то удалить или убрать оттуда участников? Так как это третья доска и соответственно я сама не могу больше создавать доски из-за этого

I had a board open with two PDF documents (each 1MB) and some sticky’s and shapes on it, and the Miro application needed 5 GB RAM. There was no other user on the board at the same moment. Why is this so? And is this acceptable from a Miro point of view?

I have created a square shape with dotted lines around it and input text to the shape, not using the text tool. I have selected the text to the top of the box. As two of them are the same width the text is in the same position. I have increased the width of the box on the third shape and the text automatically moves down. How can i resize or switch off? Many thanks in advance

Someone has shared a board with me but their team doesnt show up on the left hand side (they are paid version and I am on the free version). I have scoured the boards and nothing comes up. Have tried deleting my team - but theirs still doesnt show up. What am I doing wrong?

Hey guys, I have a miro Board with some big cad-drawings. They have been put on the board as pdf files. They are around 16MB.If I zoom to those files, the board stops working. The Image is fine but you can’t move somewhere else. Hi Miro Developer Community. Question - it seems like there is no way to do these things using the API:List all users in the company, and their license level List all teams in the company Create a new teamIs that right? I saw another post saying that you can use Get Team User Connection to list team members and their role. But that’s just for one team. Is there another method for doing this? Or is there a plan to offer this in the API? Doing these things manually is real pain if your company has hundreds of users or hundreds of teams.  Thank you in advance!

getting this weird error message when trying to open the miro app on my macbook OS12.2 A javascript error occurred in the main process. Uncaught Exception: Error: ditto: Couldn't read pkzip local header any ideas what is happening? seemed to be working fine a couple days ago.

If I use basic shapes and resize them the font automatically resizes. But in the Flowchart shapes font does not resize when you resize shape.

Hello!I am developing a plugin that can be opened from the Miro board. When my plug-in starts, it doesn’t check if widgets are already selected. I need the plugin to be able to detect what is currently selected when it is opened in order to improve the user experience.Has anyone figured out how to do this?Here is a video demo of the issue:

Hey,  In Jira Advanced Roadmap there is an option to create and view Dependencies report is there any chance to have this report viewable same way as we can view the Jira tickets in Miro so we can interact with it directly in Miro? Regards,Nick

I tried multiple times to take a photo directly from my iPhone into the Miro board but it wouldn't load it onto the board.

Hello,I’m trying to use Miro for educational purpose for 1 week, but once I think I got it ready, I face some bugs. Yesterday, with two “students”, they would not see their move of stickynotes (I did), on my side I could not move them, and after a refresh, all changes were gone. As suggested in another post, I reloaded the webpage, and finally could rename the table. I’m wondering how to link nodes in an org chart in a parent → child relationship when the child nodes were not created directly from the parent. For example, I have nodes a, b, and c. They were all created separately with no relationship between them. I’d like node a to become a parent with b and c as children.I’m using the “Company Organizational Chart” template. I can link the parent to the children using lines, but the parent doesn’t seem to recognize that the nodes connected with lines should be children. If I try to use “Align Child Nodes”, the parent ignores the ask since it thinks it has no children.Thanks in advance for any help!

I installed the Voting Plugin by Miro in order to be able to plan voting sessions in advance and not live during my event.The problem is that the app is installed but I cannot see it in my available apps and I cannot use it.Same for google drive.Can anyone help?

There is a need to limit the viewing area of the board for different users. For example: I want the designer to see only the area of the board where the content for the design is located. And the programmer saw only the area of the board where the frame with the code is located. Is it possible to do this on the same board - by giving different permission and restrictions on showing different sections of the same board? Except how to specify the starting viewing area in the board settings, I could not find this functionality anywhere to limit the viewing area of different sections of the board for different users---------------------------------------------------Tell me, please, is it possible*?

The ideal scenario for a graphic resource would be to have a board with everything a new user of Miro needs in order to get started. For example, I often invite people who have never used Miro to my boards when launching a project, and I wonder if a board like "everything you want to know about Miro" would be really helpful.

Maybe you could help?Embedding SyncSketch videos (reviews) (using iFrame) doesn't embed the selected video, but can switch to other videos/revisons if they were watched as last ones. So it kind of opens the last viewed video, not the exactly specified one, as it does (works correctly) by means of normal link (not embedded).Do you know a way to maybe tweak the embedding code/link so it works correctly (shows exactly sepcified syncsketch video)?Thanks for help in advance!Andrey

В старой версии браузера была кнопка “screen sharing”,  внутри нее на бесплатном тарифе был доступен голосовой чат. В новой версии этого нет. Или я не нашла? Странно то,  что интерфейс обновился везде,  но есть доски,  на которых через кнопку “видео чат” я могу открыть голосовой чат,  а есть доски,  на которых при нажатии на кнопку “видео чат” только обновление тарифа предлагается.Где спрятан голосовой чат и как до него добраться на бесплатном тарифе?
