Hi fellow Miro-ers.
Does anyone have a useful user guide for Company Admins, Team Admins and Users that relate SPECIFICALLY to NON-FLP Enterprise Plans.
I have found the Miro Help guides to be misleading, incomplete, inconsistent, and wholly unsatisfactory for organisations that are on NON FLP plans. The help guides are focussed on FLP only.
Also the content in these guides continuously changes, which is very frustrating.
The functionality available to monitor and manage usage of paid licences is practically non-existent or it is limited to Company Admins Only (which basically negates the value of having separate Teams and Team Admins).
We have multiple teams under an overarching Enterprise account. Each Team is accountable for their licence usage costs. But there is no way for Team Admins to effectively manage their Team member licences.
Does anyone have advice? Or has everyone given up and been effectively stuck with having to go onto an FLP?
Any advice would be appreciated.
