Hi,Yesterday I tried to distribute a proof of concept plugin to some random people.For some reason some of them were unable to install the plugin. They encountered the following error message:We couldn't install this app.A client must have at least one registered redirect URL In order to confirm the bug I created a blank new Miro account. However, installation was no problem for me and the plugin installed as it should and functions without any issues.Steps to reproduceBelow is a sample of the settings that I used to configure the App:Redirect URI for OAuth2.0: Empty because I do NOT use the REST API.Permissionsboards:read boards:writeBoards PickerEmpty because I do not need people to pick a board.What is going wrong here? Is there something I’m missing? Or are we dealing with a bug?All the best,Marijn 

Hi,I have two teams associated to my company email :Team A : i am paying Miro AccountTeam B : My company is paying the account I have cancelled my subscription on Team A and i would like to delete Team A that is associated to my company email.How can i do it.ThanksF.  

Is there a way to sign a PDF that has been uploaded and marked up in Miro?  I’m looking for something similar to the digital signature in Acrobat.Ideally i want to document approval before exporting it to a PDF.

Hi all,in our company we are using the Miro desktop app for Windows. Our security colleagues told us that we need to deactivate this app due to security reasons, as it is quite old and not as secure as the browser version. Can you tell me what are the main differences between the desktop app and the browser version from a security point of view? We noticed that the app version which can be downloaded for Windows is from 2017. And are there any disadvantages for the users when this app is disabled?Thanks and best regardsMarcela

I am not actually sure what I do but many many times I am moving my cursor, select an object and instead of the object being highlighted I have drawn a line between two objectives.It seems to me it should ask me if I’m trying to add lines, but apparently Miro is anticipating what I want to do (a bad UX idea IMO).  Anyway, is there an option to shut this off and only draw connectors when I ask it to?

Hi Everyone,   I really enjoy using Miro, although there is one thing that I do often and rather than using various apps would love to do within Miro. everything starts with a mindmap for me, but early on in the process I need to run basic simulations and would love the ability to use a cell within a shape as spreadsheet cell ( ie be able to enter basic formulas to then see the impact on the whole project of funnel )   For a simple example    top node has a title and a cell which is a variable ( eg invoice amount in ) a few child nodes have each a title and a cell which i assign a formula ( show 15% of top node here ) finally child node with resulting profit   etc   is this doable ?

Hi! I think Miro doesn't like the domain name of your company 0--1.team I tried adding mails of my teammates (0--1.team). For some reason, Miro does not accept our email addresses. Could you please help us with it ?Also could not find support to send this issue to. 

I recently installed the Google Drive integration for my GSuite (enterprise) account. I can create Miro docs inside GDrive, but once Miro launches and I change the name of the document in Miro, this is *not* reflected in Google Drive. The name of the document in Google Drive continues to show up as “untitled”. I would have expected the name I gave the board in Miro to be reflected as the name in GDrive. I am not sure if there is such a feature to link sticky notes to each other. I am not talking about connecting them with arrows. For example, if you create sticky notes or diagrams, it would be nice to have an embedded link when clicked, the screen moves to the connected sticky note on the board that might be far from the one you clicked. 

I am trying to upgrade my account to Miro teams using my Indian credit card. Seems that the RBI (banking regulator in india) regulations need the transactions to be authenticated with 2FA because of which the stripe transaction is failing. This issue seems to have been reported by a few other users recently. Much appreciate any pointers on how to proceedregardsCs

We are unable to share the board with guests outside the organization. They can't edit. Any idea how to solve it?

Hi,We have created a nice integration through your nice api. Widget stickers, frames etc do work fine. But accessing the data of Widgettype “Image” does not provide sufficient information.your documentation says this type would be readonly. But in the API result there is no specific data to get the image: "id" : "xxxx",    "title" : "",    "url" : null,    "x" : 9085.834285822924,    "y" : -4194.224152236103,    "width" : null,    "scale" : 1.6019392388194886,    "rotation" : 0.0,    "type" : "image",    "createdAt" : "2020-11-12T15:25:13Z",    "modifiedAt" : "2020-11-12T16:14:18Z",    "modifiedBy" : { The GetPicture API (https://developers.miro.com/reference#get-picture) seems only applicable for main boardpictures and not images an a frame (as far I can see)So how can we retreive the images on a board? Can I choose to save files locally, using the web version, without the file being saved on Miro servers?

I´m trying to use the Pyramid Diagram Template (https://miro.com/templates/pyramid-diagram/), it seams to be available, and apparently there is no restrictions to use it.Is there any problem with it? is there any restriction to use it?I´m using a free account and I also asked someone with a payed account, and both of could not use it.I really would like to use the Pyramid Diagram

Hi Everyone.I recently set up a team Miro account as a temporary collaboration tool for my team (while we select our longer term organisational tool). As I am paying for this personally I was surprised to find that everyone who’d participated in my teams facilitated workshops has been made a team member (increasing the monthly bill by over £160). I had expected to be able to allow users into boards as visitors rather than having to pay for every person who participates in any session, as this will quickly become unaffordable for an individual. Have I missed a trick or is this tool inappropriate for my needs (and bank balance)?Many Thanks,Becky

Hi, the resolution of PDF is very small  only 277 × 392 if i want to export it - it is normal. also with the best quality. thanks and best regards Dubo
