Export as PDF option disappeared!

Up until today, (I have a free account) I used to save my students’ work by clicking on “export-->save as PDF”. It was handy to upload into the portfolios or take out for evidence whenever necessary. But today the option appeared disabled! 
Does anyone know why this might be?

@Jenna Bladestorm - Looking at muliple accounts of mine - Free and paid, in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and the Miro desktop app, I still see and can use the Save as PDF action:

Can you tell us more about you set up?

Is the above Save as PDF action what is disabled?

@Jenna Bladestorm - Additionally, have you tried disabling any browser extensions? Usually an incognito browser window will do this.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

If you are using the Miro desktop app, have you tried resetting the app data? And if you are not using the desktop app, I would suggest trying the desktop app?

    @Robert Johnson Yes, that exact option appears locked. 

    I don’t think it’s the cache since I set up my browser to erase cache every time I close it, but I’ll try disabling the browser extensions and then the desktop data.
