How can I tell what subscription my organisation has?

Assuming you are the Company Admin, you can go to the settings page for your main team, then select the Company option in the left hand menu, and then the Company Profile option. It will show you the current Plan information in the bottom left of the main screen.

I’d recommend opening a Miro support request here to get the admin role transferred and to confirm the plan you are currently on: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
