PROBLEM:

The JIRA cards import doesn’t work anymore since last friday for all our customers. See attached screendump what I mean with that. Since it is happening for all our customers having different Teams in MIRO and their own JIRA and “JIRA cards - MIRO” integrations it seems like a software issue.

 

BUG REPORTED:

Unfortunately I couldn't found anything on this issue yet. So I am making my own topic now, so other can see this issue exist.

And I already created a request by MIRO to solve this problem.

 

WORKAROUND:

In the meantime I already found a good working workaround. A simple copy/paste of the JIRA url of an JIRA issue into the MIRO board seems to work  (including the dual sync still working)

Thanks for letting us know about this issue!

The team has already released a fix for the issue with Jira Cards Picker. Could you please log out of Miro, then sign back in and try using it once again? Please let me know how it goes!


@Alyona - thanks it is working again 😊 the request number #437978 (RTB-120996) I entered has been put on solved as well
