PROBLEM:
The JIRA cards import doesn’t work anymore since last friday for all our customers. See attached screendump what I mean with that. Since it is happening for all our customers having different Teams in MIRO and their own JIRA and “JIRA cards - MIRO” integrations it seems like a software issue.
BUG REPORTED:
Unfortunately I couldn't found anything on this issue yet. So I am making my own topic now, so other can see this issue exist.
And I already created a request by MIRO to solve this problem.
WORKAROUND:
In the meantime I already found a good working workaround. A simple copy/paste of the JIRA url of an JIRA issue into the MIRO board seems to work (including the dual sync still working)
