Up until today, (I have a free account) I used to save my students’ work by clicking on “export-->save as PDF”. It was handy to upload into the portfolios or take out for evidence whenever necessary. But today the option appeared disabled!
Does anyone know why this might be?
Can you tell us more about you set up?
Is the above Save as PDF action what is disabled?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
If you are using the Miro desktop app, have you tried resetting the app data? And if you are not using the desktop app, I would suggest trying the desktop app?
I don’t think it’s the cache since I set up my browser to erase cache every time I close it, but I’ll try disabling the browser extensions and then the desktop data.
