PROBLEM:The JIRA cards import doesn’t work anymore since last friday for all our customers. See attached screendump what I mean with that. Since it is happening for all our customers having different Teams in MIRO and their own JIRA and “JIRA cards - MIRO” integrations it seems like a software issue. BUG REPORTED:Unfortunately I couldn't found anything on this issue yet. So I am making my own topic now, so other can see this issue exist.And I already created a request by MIRO to solve this problem. WORKAROUND:In the meantime I already found a good working workaround. A simple copy/paste of the JIRA url of an JIRA issue into the MIRO board seems to work  (including the dual sync still working)

Hi Community, I want to synchronize an PDF saved in dropbox with a frame in my Miro board, so that my changes automatically update in the assigned frame.  Is there a way to do that? Best Tronje 

I updated one of my iPads (to v15.5) and discovered that I can no longer upload PDFs. Jpgs are still fine.An older iPad (v14.7.1) has no issues uploading both PDFs and Jpgs.Does anyone know what I’ve been doing wrong here?

Hey there, everyone, hope you will help me. When  I work on the board with my students I don’t see their cursors, though I it’s in “visible mode”. Today I’ve had another situation - I could see my student’s cursor, but they couldn’t see mine. What can it be? Thanks in advance

My company just introduced Miro to us and I am currently exploring an testing the features. When i follow tutorials everybody seems to have an elaborate toolbar with the essentials. However the toolbar I have only has the cursor. I have spent 15 minutes Googling and also spend time pressing every button that Miro has, but I can’t seem to solve this.When i select ‘add tools and apps’ I do not find the standard tools like the pen or the sticky note. Probably this is very simple but I can’t seem to find the solution. Thanks for any help! 

We have 2 licences on the Team Plan and seem to have some Free Members with the rest being Guests.  Please can someone explain to me how this works i.e. how many free Members do you get on the plan, what access does being a Free Member provide them and how can you swap a Guest with a Free Member?

I was on the Premium (Personal) plan for years and eventually changed to the consultant plan because Miro is actively starving those plans out by reducing the functionality of them to the point they become unusable, essentially forcing people to change to a more expensive plan.I’ve paid annually to take advantage of the discount, the same way most SaaS providers model their pricing.This month I had a need for someone to have a full feature set on one of my boards, so I made them an occasional user so they could use day passes. Even through they have their own account.The only reason I did that is I have no other option, other than buying them an annual license, even if they have their own paid Miro account. Miro is a great product, but understand that if your customers feel like you take every opportunity to rip them off then they will leave you when competition turns up i.e. it costs you in loyaltyIf we both have paid Miro accounts then I should not need to pay for another subscriptio

I have in the past loved Miro.I have used it on my personal accounts, freelance and intruduced it in orgs I have worked with. Great.I closed all my accounts a while back as I no longer use the service. I downgraded and “deleted” the accounts from my account page. So they are inaccessable to me, as they well are deleted.However, I am still being charged for a monthly plan to my CC without any reference to what account, or even invoice email. So charged for a ghost account that should not exits. Brilliant.I don’t qualify for direct support as I don’t have an active plan either, and past emails and support request to Miro have gone un-answered. So short of a chargeback, please can someone reachout to assist.I have also tried to reset, retreve all and any accounts via password reset. nothing, I still have all of my logins in my password manager too so it’s not like I dont know

i try to duplicate the board still lost the ownershiop. 

I submitted a ticket for Support to get help with obtaining my invoice. I looked at self-serve invoicing, and when I look at my profile, I do not see a Billing tab for my team. Does anyone have any tips, or better yet, is there a more direct way to contact Support instead of letting my request sit there?

Hi,When a new image is pasted on another locked image, the two seems to be glued together.When user move the newly pasted image, the locked image moves too.I have never experience this before having use the same design / template multiple times.I suspect this is an error and this behaviour shouldnt happen.Anyone experience this before and get it fixed ?Here is the example / video explanation »

I believe I had a board with the generic My First Board name cause I hadn’t changed it. It had a lot of work I had done for a project, but it was the only board I had used so I hadn’t thought to change it. Well apparently back in December as part of a group project I was on a team where we created a board for 5 seconds and never used, and that team member left that old group a few days ago which forced my account to be admin of that teamm which I now can’t leave. I believe that team’s board of the same name that was basically empty overwrote my old board which I can no longer see or recover. If I have to I will subscribe to get it back but I wanted to know whatever I could about my chances of it even being in the deleted boards section. I also thought in getting the app for my computer it had save locally but I guess I’m screwed there too. Any help would be appreciated, I have the old link too if that would help.

Hey, I recently worked through a lot of templates in Miroverse and marked some with likes. I expected a search functionality or a filter find all templates i liked. Is there such a functionality and where can I find it? Thanks in advance!

I see the Tables in Miro allows only columns to be added to the right. I created a table and loaded the data. I realised I need an additional column onto the left most column. I couldn’t figure out how to do it. 

HiRecently was working on my work Remote desktop through my mac.  I tried using Alt+Drag on Miro running on Windows Edge browser, and neither Alt+Drag nor Option+Drag works. Any suggestions on how to tackle this issue?

Autocad uses this feature for selection of objects:“If picking an object selects only one object at one pick, you can select more objects at once by using window selections. A window is defined by two diagonal points; like drawing a rectangle. There are two different ways of selecting more objects using window, and by doing this you should never click on an object line; of course, then it would be a pick selection.Draw a window from left to right. All objects inside the window frame will be selected.Draw a window from right to left. All objects inside the window frame, the ones which window frame crosses or simply touches will be selected.You can select object using a line or a fence.  When prompted to select objects, type [F] for fence and simply draw a dashed line across objects you want to select. All crossed and touched objects will be selected.” Would be really really helpful to implement something like this for Miro too!

what it says - I’d like the menu for each object to include “add comment”, which could be discretely indicated, maybe together with a global “hide comments” option.

In one of my boards, some objects look like they are selected and in use by another user even when there is no one else using the board at the same time. This has made most of the objects on the board useless, they can no longer be modified, or even deleted.All other boards in the team (owned by me or not) are perfectly fine, and in other teams too. But this one board seems to be stuck this way. I have tried moving the board from one team to another, and it’s still the same; I have duplicated the board and the “new duplicated” board presents the exact same issue. What can I do? 

Hello, Why I can’t sync the Sketch files with Miro,I updated everything and I have the newest version of both programs,My colleague has the same issue,   

I get this message when I try to log inn through office 365 in the Miro desktop app on Mac  “To activate this connection please first sign in with your Miro credentials, or another connected third-party”. What should I do? 

Hi! I'm hoping some knowledgeable community member can help. I have a website where users create spaces and I want to allow users to display a specific miro board in the space. They may have multiple spaces and can one 1 board to each space.  So, we need a way for a user to click a button, login to their miro account, select a board and then save the iframe details to their space in my site.  Any thoughts on what api etc exists? Thanks in advanceCameron
