Hello, I built a decision tree in portrait format, is it possible to modify it and put it in landscape format automatically? Thank you in advance for your answers

As stated in the title, 'zoomToObject' is deprecated api. It will be removed soon. pops up in console everytime I use the “await miro.board.viewport.zoomToObject(widgetID);” command.  It is nice that you warn users that a certain functionality will be removed, but some insight as to why this would be removed and maybe what will replace this functionality and when would be welcomed too, because right now I cannot find any other suitable command which could replace zoomToObject in my app.  Maybe keeping a update log page with scheduled updates including scheduled API changes would help, or generally just some form of communication and updates about API issues, like updating metadata  which has been now broken for over a month. 

Miro supports a very usefull tool when sharing boards between users, where a user can send a link with a specified widget. When another user opens the board with this link, he gets automatically redirected to the position of this widget on the board. Is there a method for using this functionality via the miro SDK? I was looking into the viewport section of the documentation as it seemed like the most probable place to have this functionality, but didn’t find it there. Is this a part of the SDK and if so could someone link me to the documentation?

Hello community… I’m not a super experienced Miro user, but I’m trying to create a board that we can invited a customer to (guests, not part of our company) so that they can collaborate with us on a project. I only want this board viewable to the guests.  when i created a test invite to my personal email (to test this), it gave me access to the board, but i could also navigate to see all our boards...(not what i want). Thank you in advance for help with setting up this single board privacy… cheers...

During PI planning with 15+ teams, a number of stickies are created and some of these has dependencies i.e. between team(s).Rather than navigate the Miro board, it would be useful to export all the tickets (e.g. to check, confirm the status of the dependency etc).Therefore the ask is how can I export links from a Miro board?

I wasn’t sure what the right terminology for this question is. I have a problem where, if we bring in content from multiple boards, the content scaling is never right. We select multiple items, yes we can scale them, but the end result is often crazy sizing issues. Is there a way restrict sizing or resize the entire content of a board so that everything is scaled the same?For example on Board A. someone is working. For whatever reason everything they create is HUGE (font 72 with images and frames correspondingly large). On Board B the user is much more reserved (font size 14 and images scaled around that). I see particular issue with connectors between shapes. If he Shape is huge the scaling on the connector remains the same and is tiny. Look at this image - I have scaled to 100%.   

Hi Brilliants!I use a Miro board as Library for E-&Audiobooks - Images of covers work are linked to dropbox files that can be downloaded.How can I set this up so that people(with just the board-link) cannot edit but still access the links? This seems not possible with Edit nor View-only rights - either they can edit everything(not desirable) or they can’t click the links(which is the purpose of this library!) ‘Public Library’ - How to set this up so that people with the board link can place their own covers linked to cloud-files, but cannot edit the links of others?Would be really grateful for your feedback! ;-) Big thanks!

Hi everyone. I know that you can show/hide a widget for current user using clientVisible property as shown here . But what I want is to be able to hide/show a group of widgets for all users. For example, I have a group of images stacked together on top of each other. The images are grouped together in miro.What I want to do is to be able to click on an image, so that the upper image gets hidden and lower image gets show and vice versa.What I have been able to achieve so far is to hide/show “text groups” using Miro SDK and using metadata property to store the states.FOR EXAMPLE: On first click, bottom text showsOn second click, bottom text hides, upper text shows I am using custom plugin for this. I want to do this for images instead of text but I guess metadata on images is not working. Any updates? So far, it works fine on other widgets except image widgets which doesn’t throw any error but it gets stuck on updating.let update = await miro.board.widgets.update(ids)Any directions how c

Hello!I’m currently working on a plugin that tries to simulate some type of real time update behavior. I.e. when I add, modify, or delete some sticky notes inside a frame, it will trigger some action somewhere else. To all the Miro and JS experts out there: I’m wondering if there’s a way to listen for a change in the frame’s children and react to it?The only way I can think of is leveraging the existing Miro SDK listeners so that every time a sticky note is created, it will check every relevant frame and see if the sticky note is inside one of them. I’m just a little concerned that this method won’t scale well.Thank you in advance for your answers!

I want to embed miro's frame link in Notion.I copied miro's frame link and embedded in Notion but embedded thumbnail don't show the frame in Notion. The embedded thumbnail show other point of miro's board.When I pasted miro's frame URL,it worked.But I want to show thumbnail of miro's frame in Notion.Do you know how to work?Is it bug?Thank you for your reading😀 

Is it just me? Are other Windows App users experiencing lag on the Windows miro app? This is the Miro app that I have downloaded from the Microsofy Store.I’ve also had the app freeze up and I cannot flick on any of the icons within Miro. I’ve had to kill the windows app and start again. I work on a Surface Pro with 16GB RAM and core i17 processor - these specifications would be adequate. My tasks include:Using my stylus to write notes Ideating using stickiness and text Hope to understand what others are going through. Hello, I’m trying to upload an image widget via the REST api. I can see some references to https://miro.com/api/v1/boards/<boardId>/integrations/imageplugin using a hash authentication, but nothing on the documentation. Is there an equivalent in the published API? Many thanks

I have a number of different Miro boards and can previously access my personal templates, but I just opened a new board and can’t see my personal templates. Does someone know why this is happening?

Hi, Can I fill Billing Information before purchase?I am planning to upgrade my account but Billing menu is invisible on settings and also there is no Billing Inputs on payment screen (there is a just country and postal code inputs but others are missing), this is confusing. Thank you. 

I have exported a series of frames to pdf (pdf is only export option provided)  and then inserted them in a PowerPoint file. That file has then been uploaded to MS Teams for further work and comments. However the frame images are in a garbled font when viewed through the Teams viewer. If the file is ‘Opened in Desktop App’ the font is fine. Seems to be an issue with the Teams viewer?

Hello everyone, i will appreciate your help.I currently have the annual team license, 4 people, so I have already paid for 4 sites or licenses, and the annual plan is renewed on May 5, 2022.However, now I need to add 2 people to the team, 1 for 3 months and the other for 4 months. I try to add them to the team with the license, however the billing calculation comes out for a much higher amount. For example, when trying to buy one  license ($ 8 / month), it turns out that the next billing will be for $ 81.67 on July 11, 2021?I only want to buy 2 more licenses from the team, 1 for 3 months and another for 4 months. Please how can I solve it? Thank you

I am trying to execute Boards Picker API locally .code:clientId : 3074457360836196477but getting Sorry, integration is unavailable.Error. Account is not a partner. Reason is accountIsNotPlatformPartnerI also added localhost and 127.0.0.1 in Boards Picker domains list at app dashboard.But did not help.

 I used the “align child nodes” feature and when I started moving stuff around the whole mind map went bonkers crazy. Can’t untangle it without stuff moving even more. Is there a way to undo the alignment?

Hello Miro Community,Just was wondering how to use more than one type of template with the visual notes. It seems like one I use something like the meeting agenda template then I no longer have the option to do something like the to-do list or any of the other templates. Is this sort of a one shot deal in terms of the visual notes or am I overlooking a way to add the other templates?Many thanks, this community is excellent when it comes to responding to questions.
