I am experiencing this in version 0.7.16 of the Windows client app, which is the latest version available on the website. When writing text, sometimes the keys I type are interpreted as text and sometimes as shortcuts. No smart meetings active. How do I get the fix?

I've moved your comment to a new topic, as the issue in the original thread was resolved. So far, I couldn't reproduce the issue you're describing. Could you please clarify the following:
- are you using the desktop app on the Windows or Mac OS device?Â
- which keys you noticed are reacting as hotkeys/shortcuts?
- if there is a possibility, could you please share a video with us?
