Hello!

My organisation wants to stop paying for Miro but we have many boards that I would like to keep and refer to. Does anyone know if these will still be viewable if downgraded? Saving me from sifting through everything and archiving?

Thanks for your questions! 

Rest assured that your boards will not be deleted once the account is downgraded to the Free Plan. However, some of them might be locked in a view-only mode because no private boards are available on the Free Plan. To unlock these boards, you would need to share them with the team. You can find more information in this Help Center article: How to downgrade to Free plan.
