My company is using SSO, therefore I assume we have a Premium Plan. I am assured by our IT help desk that I am a licensed user on Miro.

Until recently upgrading the Chrome to version 103.0.5060.114, I used to have access to create boards etc, lock boards, grant access permission(s) etc. ie a lot more features/control then on Miro free.

Now I only have access to Miro free ie

 

I urgently need support to resolve this issue as we need to plan for the next Product Increment.

FYI – I have tried the following, however the problem still persisting:

  • Logging out of miro,
  • Stopping/Restarting Chrome,
  • using a different browser,
  • rebooting my laptop

This issue is resolved. 

I was not aware that on some Team the access is limited to “Miro Free”, while on other it is not! 

This is confusing, for my simple mind.
